Great location

Great location with plenty of places to eat.... The customer service is great and offered free parking, which is a mjor plus in this vibrant and hip neighborhood. Close to the airport with a 15-20min Uber ride... I would recommend this vacation getaway for any group coming to Miami... Dr. L

Fantastic Stay in Prime Miami location with great amenities

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is located in a fantastic neighborhood perfect for walking around and grabbing coffee and great dining options. The Trader Joe’s on the corner was a bonus. It’s also very close to other shopping and the vibrant art district. The apartment was spotless and felt very secure thanks to security measures in the building. Everything was clean and well maintained. A notable plus was the free parking. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Miami.

The Condo: Very clean, spacious and well outfitted. The balcony outside facing the City offered nice views, especially at night! Great place to have coffee in the morning. We were surprised how spacious the bedrooms were, even in an apartment building! The host was very responsive to inquires. We appreciated the artwork in the condo and thought it was awesome to see these as a way to showcase what you will see around the neighborhood. We drove from our home in NE Florida and thought it was great we had our own covered and secure parking spot attached to the building. The Neighborhood: VERY safe and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. There is a Target and a Trader Joes for grocery needs. Wynwood is well known for its wall murals, you will see them everywhere and should definitely plan on spending time walking around to discover all there is to see. We were in town for the World Baseball Classic and found the unit to be within great proximity to the stadium as well as other attractions you’d want to take advantage of while here. It’s important to know if you are traveling with a car, you’ll need to park outside the building, go inside to check in FIRST, take the elevator up to the unit, get the garage key, come downstairs, go around the corner to park in the secure parking lot. This is necessary due to the parking lot being secured. There are 10 min. parking spots near the building and we found them convenient for this purpose.

Perfect for families, couples, or creative professionals seeking vibrant city life.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire apartment and the building's luxurious amenities, showcasing a truly luxurious lifestyle. These include:
* Rooftop pool
* Fitness center

You will receive a key for the front door and a key card to access the building, elevator, and amenities. An assigned parking space in the private garage is also available with a key card. Please note that standard building rules and regulations will be shared ahead of time and must be acknowledged and signed prior to your arrival. Upon entering the building for the first time, you will need to provide the concierge with a photo ID and pay the $50 one-time resort fee at the time of check-in.
