This home and location is gorgeous. The house is clean, the kitchen and waterfront equipped. We were six adults and one 8 year old who wanted perpetual entertainment, of course. There was so much to entertain him, and all of us. Fishing, swimming, canoe and kayaking and water-inflatables, games. He is an early riser but was quiet with TV in the lower level while the rest of us slept in without waking to any noise (except poor mom, naturally!) There is much to do locally and in Portland with boat tours of Casco Bay, shopping, eating. We only had a couple requests/ comments to the host Eva who responded right away. It felt like we were on our own, in our own home. We had visits from several other friends and family and a couple (mostly) well-behaved dogs! The best part of this location and home is the view and waterfront. Little Sebago is a peaceful, clean, smaller lake and perfect for those, like us, with less experience kayaking and canoeing. There are four kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard and we used everything. Easy to pull into and out of the water with two people, plenty of life jackets of different sizes. The near 180-degree view of the lake faces west so the sunsets were spectacular. The fire pit and smores at night were a perfect end to lovely days.
