Newly renovated holiday home located in southern Brittany in Morbihan, in the town of Caro, in a small peaceful village.
5 minutes walk, you have a bar-restaurant (bread store, grocery store, newspapers), a hairdresser and a post office.

Ground floor: open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso), dining room, living room (TV, DVD player, HI-FI system), 2 bedrooms (single beds) 140), bathroom with bath, WC.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (a large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), WC, bathroom (shower, hairdryer) and a reading corner.
In the basement: a washing machine and a dryer.
If you like to read, this house is the ideal rental, you will have 2 large libraries with a very varied choice of readings.

Outside you will have a terrace and a large 2000 m² garden with barbecue, garden furniture and sunbathing, 3 parking spaces in the courtyard.
Pets welcome: * boxes for cat litter and carpets available
                      * large box for rabbits with water bottle available
Weekly rental or more

Rates for 7 people:
November to April / outside school holidays: 390 € per week.
May - June - September - October / outside school holidays: € 450 per week.
School holidays in autumn, winter and spring: € 500 per week.
July 550 € per week.
August: € 600 per week.
Long weekend rental: 2 nights minimum

In summer, I rent only by the week


Maximum capacity: 7 people
Possibility to provide bed linen (plus 10 euros per pair of sheets) and to supply bathroom linen (plus 7 euros per person).
Possibility of end of stay cleaning (70 euros package)

NB: An intrusion camera in the dining room is activated when the pavilion is not occupied. Please ensure that it is disconnected during the inventory at the entrance. This will be reconnected each time the tenant leaves.

10 minutes away, Malestroit: city of character with greenway and canal from Nantes to Brest (ideal for hiking, cycling, canoeing, kayaking), market, crêperie…

10 mins from Ploërmel: Lac au Duc (landscaped beach and nautical base), 9-hole golf course, hydrangea circuit (landscaped path for hiking / biking), swimming pool, cinema, bowling ...

Nearby: Pays de Brocéliande (forest, golden tree, Arthurian legend), Josselin (Medieval town), Rochefort-en-Terre (classified most beautiful village in France 2016), La Gacilly (craft village, YVES ROCHER).
Caro is located at the crossroads of Brittany, the first beaches are 45 minutes away, Vannes 30 minutes, Rennes 45 minutes, Lorient (60 mins), Quiberon / Carnac (60 mins), Emerald Coast (Dinard, Cancale, St Malo ... 1h15 1h30), Pink granite coast (Paimpol, St Brieuc, Dinan, Perros-Guirec, Le Cap Fréhel… 1h20 to 2h00)
