Just above the small Capuchin beach (350 m), you will have breakfast each morning by observing the comings and goings of the fishing boats at the entrance of the port or by contemplating the sailing boats racing in the bay of Audierne.

On 32 m2, this apartment for one or two people has a living room (living room-kitchen) widely open on a large terrace (9 m2) overlooking the entrance to the port and the ocean.

The kitchen appliances are very complete: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
