Nice holiday flat

The check-in-procedure has been well organized by Mr. Le Briz and he provided us with a lot of information for our stay in Morgat. The flat was well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Linen hire convenient but old , cheap linen used and only two pillowcases. Plastic under sheet very hot. Furnishings ie cushions and throws also thin and old. Old cane chair had a towel as a Cushion No washing up liquid, cloths, bin bags. Bit cheapLovely view, bit tatty especially the balcony

You're dwelling on details that probably ruined your stay. One can criticize everything, but at this price, you won't find better. Furthermore, communication with you was neither easy nor pleasant.

A secret gem , unbelievable value for money

A clean one bed apartment with a view from the bed room and balcony second to none, the only sound that you hear is the sea on the ebb and flow of the tide. Eric the host could not be more helpful and met us on arrival. A short walk across the sandy beach to the town, fresh fish meat stalls and bars and restaurants. Proberly the best kept secret in France,

La présence du propriétaire aurait été un plus à notre arrivée au vu du labyrinthe qu’est la résidence Pierres et Vacances. L’appartement est très bien situé et la vue incroyable !!! Un réel plus. Petit bémol concernant la propreté des lieux.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet appartement vue mer et bien situé. Nous avons été cependant déçu par la literie (protection en synthétique peu confortable et oreillers en plumes trop chauds et allergisants). De plus, certains équipements (table terrasse, séchoir à linge et poêles) sont usagés/rouillés et mériteraient d'être changés.

merci pour votre retour, la literie est très haut de gamme, et puis un jour elle ne plaît pas à un locataire. Les protections de literie renforcent l'hygiène et sont indispensables. Pour le reste, les poêles en particulier, nous aurions pu en parler pendant votre séjour, c'est dommage.

superbe vue

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, conforme à l'annonce. La vue sur mer est magnifique et il est très bien situé à 10mn à pieds des restaurants et commerces. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. De superbes randonnées sont à faire dans les environs. Les procédures d'arrivée et de départ sont simplifiées. Bon à savoir, il n'y a pas de produits de 1ère nécessité ( hormis du papier WC et 2 pastilles de lave vaisselle ). Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Merci encore.

Je recommande appt vue sur mer propre et très jolie propriétaire très gentil on dispose de la piscine et accée a la mer beaucoup de paysages magnifiques a voir nous avons tellement aimé qu'on revient l année prochaine
