This magnificent and newly refurbished apartment in a charming townhouse, overlooking Elisabeth Parc.
We guarantee a comfortable stay with a quality service including bed linen, towels, cleaning, free coffee and tea.

Parc Brussels Apartment is located in the North of Brussels. Bus stop in front of the house. Metro Simonis is a 3 minutes’ walk, taking you in a few minutes to EU, WTC, Center of the city, Brussels Expo and the main railway stations (North, Central, Midi)
In a few minutes you are downtown Brussels, WTC, EU, Avenue Louise, Brussels expo or any main railway station. Parking is free.

* Two living rooms (each with cable TV / internet) and a dining room.
The stylish and warm rooms offer stunning high ceilings, parquet wood floors and high quality fixtures and fittings, in conjunction with comfortable contemporary furniture and modern technology. The dining room offers space for entertaining and a cosy office in the corner.

* Equipped kitchen
The bespoke open kitchen is both contemporary and practical, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and an espresso.

* Luxury bathroom
The marble floored bathroom features a waterfall shower, a washbasin and a separate toilet. Fresh towels, washing machine, ironing board and iron are available.

* King size bed & very comfortable sofa bed & fold out bed.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and offers extensive storage space. The curtains and stores help you to have a good night’s sleep. It opens to a large outside terrace and garden where you can relax. One of the two living rooms has a very comfortable sofa bed from DN Dienne. We can add a fold out bed and a baby bed.

Great location, park in front of the property, east access to the Metro, and neighborhood restaurants and shops. The apartment is great for family vacations with so many accommodating features. Perfect spot right outside of the City Center

This was an amazing place to stay. The metro is so close it gives you the best of both worlds. Our host was so sweet they even gave great food, pastry, and sites to see recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful park side apartment

A beautifully decorated apartment with nice amenities. The location is great with a lovely park that runs the length of the street. The metro is just a 5 minute walk and then about 15 minutes to Brussels city center. There’s a great patisserie on the opposite side of the park. And also some very nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a particularly outstanding housing choice. The apartment is fantastic: clean, beautiful,modern decor, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (there was even an immersion blender!) and bathroom (wonderful walk-in shower); spacious, lovely outdoor garden. Gorgeous and enormous park across the street, 7 minute walk to major metro transit hub (then 10 minutes to major tourist sights); proximity to excellent groceries.The host, Jolanda and her husband, Simon, live upstairs and it was like having family nearby. They were helpful, responsive, warm and accommodating. We got together with them for wine, Jolanda even drove me to the grocery store after we first arrived so I did not have to carry home heavy shopping bags. They are extraordinary people, not just extraordinary hosts.

Yolanda and Simone were great to work with. Yolanda was very responsive and helped us out a lot. The apartment is beautiful and large; the pictures were very accurate. There is a washer in the apartment, but no dryer; however, Yolanda offered to dry our clothes in her own apartment. The apartment is located right next to a beautiful and very large park, but is a bit far from the city center. It is about a 7 minute walk to the main train station.

Beautiful Apartment in a great location

We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was cozy and conveniently located. Jolanda was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She even gave us a binder full of recommendations of places to eat and drink while we were there. If we’re ever lucky enough to come back, we will try to reserve the same apartment!

Lovely apartment, great location and host.

Very clean, fresh and comfortable apartment with everything we needed and so close to the metro and bus/tram stops. We particularly enjoyed looking out on the lovely park and walking across it to a fabulous bakery, butchery, French restaurant, cafes and local shops. Great apartment with fantastic hosts

We stayed in the apartment for a month and loved it and the neighborhood, which was convenient to everything but not touristy. The hosts, who live just upstairs, could not be more helpful. We even invited them to "our place" for wine and a chat. The photos are accurate and the space is even bigger than it looks.

Wonderful Home Base in Brussels

The place was in a beautiful little neighborhood minutes from public transport and across from a lovely park - which made for great views from the home. Communication with the host before and during our trip was great and check in was a breeze. We loved the kitchen and were able to make several meals during our stay. It great that the metro was so close and we were easily able to head into town and get around to all the sights while also having a quiet place to retreat! Thanks Jolanda!!

Parc Elizabeth Area Brussels Apartment

Very nicely appointed apartment conveniently located in Brussels near transportation hubs, restaurants and grocery stores within easy distance by walking or car. Parking is a bit different but with a little experience it’s easy to navigate. The Park is just across the street and is a very relaxing walk through and ends at the Basilica. The neighborhood is quiet and our host Jolanda was a real pleasure to meet and interact with. If we go back to Brussels, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood and a lovely host

Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly.
