Villa Gengibre is a 3 bed-roomed detached villa located in the Adsubia area of Javea. The villa is set in private gardens and has a a heated private pool 8m x 4m. This spacious villa comprises of entrance naya, lounge / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. The twin room has two additional beds that can accommadate extra children if required. There are two bathrooms.

There is air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living areas and the villa also has central heating. All this is only 2km from Javea blue flag beach. Outdoors you will find secure parking, patios and gardens furnished for sunbathing, BBQ´s and al-fresco dining. The owners have provided bicycles for your use and table tennis to keep you entertained. Furnished to a high standard you will not be disappointed!

The outdoor summer kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge and table/chairs for 6 Gas BBQ, Charcoal BBQ.
The TV system is Cable TV and Astra 19,2 Satellite in main European languages, DVD player, Music CD player

The only comments is that there was dozens of cigarette ends around the pool, also by the bar a bulb was hanging down and did not work along with outside sockets not working. I would however book again Thank you

Disappointing and inaccurate listing

Nice large villa in need of a good deep clean and much needed decoration and repair. Beds dirty , kitchen cupboards grubby , crockery dirty. Sockets hanging off wall. Washing machine ‘ live’ and got electric shock but was replaced immediately. Main problem is YOU NEED A CAR! It is 15 mins walk to rubbish bins along a busy road with no footpath- also 40 mins walk to beach along the same busy dangerous road. Taxi to port €12 , €15 to old town and €9 to beach. We were unable to hire a car as non available for over 65! The pool and pool area were lovely .

La location était presque parfaite. Remise et retour des clés extremement facile avec la boite sécurisée. Beaucoup d'espace, peu de vis a vis, calme de l'impasse et bonne exposition. La literie était parfaite La cuisine est super équipée La piscine est bien transats, parasols,..rien a dire Barbecue et cuisine extérieure, ..super. il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. ..seul bémol, le petit soucis (provisoire)de puissance electrique avec lequel il faut jongler pour utiliser la clim'. Merci

Très belle villa idéalement située et au calme

La villa est idéalement située dans un lotissement au calme. L'aménagement est parfait et très complet, 2 salles de bain, la climatisation dans les 3 chambres, la piscine chauffée, l'eau a été tout les 15j entre 29 et 30 degrés, parfait. La villa est équipée de lave vaisselle, machine à laver et séchoir, la plage et le centre est non loin, par contre il faut être sportif pour sortir à vélo car rapidement des côtes à grimper. l'accueil a été on ne peu plus rapide et facile, rien de négatif, très bon lit dans la grande chambre, séjour parfait à recommander. Merci à Mme Liz.
