house for rent for your holidays located in Saint Gervais in the Vendée in a nice little town. You will be 10 km from the coast (Noirmoutier via Gois-Fromentine), supermarkets at 2/3 km SuperU and Intermarché as well as Leclerc at 6/7 km. The house is enclosed by walls and closed by a gate, it has 3 bedrooms- bathroom with shower- separate wc-well-equipped kitchen (fridge-dishwasher - microwave- hob-oven and washing machine) and a bathroom dining room quite spacious. It can accommodate 6 people see 7. You have a terrace of around 20 m2 equipped with a barbecue, patio curtain and garden furniture. The green space is 800 m 2 and you can park your vehicle safely. It remains for me to tell you that our animal friends are welcome while respecting the rules of hygiene. a deposit and an advance will be required. GOOD HOLIDAYS
