Llucalari Nou, an outstanding traditional country house, fully renovated to a high standard, is the perfect place to get away from it all while you enjoy the nature and the stunning views of the countryside and the sea.

This 500-sq. meter house has eight spacious bright bedrooms provided with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views, comfortable lounge rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, it features a large garden with a barbecue and a pergola, a private pool, an outdoor changing room and a spacious sunbathing area.

Ideal for large groups of friends, families with children, yoga retreats, as well as for holding special events and celebrations like weddings or anniversaries.

Available all year long, the house has central heating for winter stays.

You'll also find a table tennis, a table football and six bicycles to go on a relaxing ride within the property. You'll have direct access to a virgin cove and to the wellknown Camí de Cavalls, a historical bridle path that surrounds the Menorcan coast.

Recht ambivalent. Grundstück und Umgebung mit allen Einrichtungen sind exzellent ("outstanding"); Haus selbst ist großzügig und ansprechend, bedürfte für diesen Preis aber mal einer Grundrenovierung, ebenso das schon etwas gestückelte Geschirr oder die tief zerkratzten Teflonpfannen. Neben dem Geschenkkarton mit Wein, Öl etc. wirkt das Fehlen von Waschmittel, Tabs, Ersatz für Hygienepapier etc. unnötig kleinlich. Wir konnten es insgesamt aber sehr genießen.

Perfect family getaway

We recently travelled to Son Bou as an extended family of 16. The finca provided the perfect accommodation for our stay. It is set in a beautiful, peaceful location meaning that we could have plenty of fun and games without disturbing others. The grounds are really well maintained and the shaded area was perfect for evening dining and a place to escape the sun during the intense heat we experienced. The butterflies in the bush outside, and the resident tortoise family, were a pleasant surprise. The house is very well equipped and we easily found everything that we needed. Pere Salas responded promptly to any queries that we had. We highly recommend San Crispin supermarket in Alaior for on-line shopping. If you have a medical emergency, as we did, the local doctor in Son Bou is very friendly and organised additional care through the insurance company - just remember to keep your boarding passes! We highly recommend this property.

Stunning villa in secluded spot

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Finca Llucalari Nou. We were a large family group with ages ranging from 16 months to 72 and we all had a brilliant time. The villa is stunning - scrupulously clean with beautifully maintained garden, well equipped and spacious. Every bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom and we were all very comfortable. Pere’s communications were helpful and he always responded very quickly if we had a query. The secluded location meant that we could all relax and the children were able to make as much noise as they liked without disturbing anyone else. The local wild tortoises and red kites were a huge hit whenever we could drag them away from the pool and Son Bou and it’s lovely beach and beach bars are just a stone’s throw away. We had waited 3 years for this holiday due to Covid and must say how grateful we were to Pere and his team for how accommodating they were with the 2 postponements. When we finally made it the holiday exceeded our high expectations!

Un séjour parfait

Je conseille vivement cette location. L'endroit est incroyable, la maison est à la fois grande et bien organisée avec des chambres pour la majorité spacieuse. Le service est très bien et le gérant très accessible. Aucune hésitation à avoir. Prévoir une voiture pour les déplacements et les courses malgré la possibilité effective de faire quelques courses en vélo.

Spacious villa in and outside. Lovely pool. Quiet and peaceful. Loved butterflies that nestle in flowers as you walk towards pool area. Only down side which can not be helped is lots of flies in kitchen in villa and outside. Would definitely stay again

Great house for a group, clean and functional layout. Outdoor perfection!

We had a group of 12 staying here for 6 days. It was a groups of friend in town for a wedding on the island, so the layout (all rooms on suite) worked perfectly. The outdoor spaces were super fun, with plenty of space and activities (foosball/ping pong/pool/terraces/bbq). Perfect location that made exploring different parts of the island easy while also maintaining privacy. Management was responsive and helpful, fully recommend!

Beautiful house, much appreciated swimming pool. Very helpful contact, very welcome midweek clean with fresh towels. Air conditioning would be the icing on the cake, but we coped with the plentiful fans supplied. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Amazing villa in lovely setting

We have just spent two wonderful weeks in this property. Ages ranged from 2 to 60 and it was perfect for all. The setting of the property is fantastic, in the middle of nature, perfect for a peaceful holiday barring the noises of all the local wildlife which we loved. Walking around the estate was great as you are the only people there. If you want a lively resort holiday this is not for you. If you want peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with a lovely high spec quality villa which is very well equipped, then it is. I would not hesitate to recommend it and would love to stay again. Pere is also very helpful and informative which makes the experience that much better.

FANTASTICA.

Ha sido una estancia fantástica, la casa es preciosa, posee todas las comodidades para hacerte la estancia agradable. A pesar de que en estas fechas hace un poco de frio, hemos podido disfrutar de los exteriores de la finca y la zona de la barbacoa. Y lo mas destacable a mi parecer, la sensación de privacidad que ofrece la ubicación de la casa. Si buscas privacidad, tranquilidad, y estar alejado del bullicio de las grandes ciudades. Esta casa es el sitio perfecto para desconectar. Y por ultimo y no menos importante, la comunicación, el trato, y la cercanía por parte de la encargada. Muchas gracias a Maribel, Hizo de nuestras vacaciones algo especial. Volveremos Seguro!.

Excelente alojamiento (en una isla maravillosa).

Es fácil resumir nuestra experiencia. No es posible poner la más mínima pega a la casa, a la finca, a su ubicación y al trato dispensado. La casa dispone de todas las comodidades, con el valor añadido de una gran tranquilidad y al lado del mar. Una casa excelente y totalmente recomendable.

The owners bought this property because they loved its location: quietly located on an elevated position in the countryside, it has excellent views over the surrounding lands and over the South Coast of Menorca.
Easily accessible, it is located only a few minutes away from Son Bou beach and just 5 km away from Alaior town.

It offers quietness in a rural setting, but at the same time it's very closed to the longest beach on the island. Very comfortable, modern, spacious and finely decorated. Having 8 bedrooms and large communal areas, this house offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the Menorcan countryside and its quietness with the whole family.
Besides, the house has access to several private rural paths. Actually, you can hike along a gorge leading to an unspoilt cove. People can also enjoy the landscape and the nature of the ancient bridle path “Camí de Cavalls”, along which people can go for long walks, cycle or ride a horse. In a nutshell, if you are looking for tranquillity and isolation without sacrificing comfort, Llucalari Nou is the best option.
