Family Stay

Everything was amazing and we had so much fun we will defiantly be back. Only thing I would say is the fan in the master needs checked any setting above the lowest shakes really bad and causes a lot of noise other than that everything was outstanding.

Relaxing stay on Amelia Island

We loved our few days on Amelia Island. This was a perfect home base for our outings to the beach, Fort Clinch, and Fernandina. House was clean and homey and had everything we needed.

Great stay

The condo had great decor and was very clean. Nice location. Very easy to get to the beach, just a short walk. Loved the online guest book with the restaurant suggestions.

Nice place to stay was not disappointed with the condo but I would prefer to stay closer to tennis courts and pool. I was a little disappointed that the lights didn't work at the tennis courts. We had a great time!

Short Walk to Beach

Great location. Ten minute walk to great beach. Ten minute drive to historic downtown with many really good restaurants. Would do it all over again!

Perfect beach condo

Our stay was perfect! The condo is perfect! It’s decorated so nicely. Short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit for the kids on the way back from the beach! So fun!

We loved the condo and the location. Short, easy five-six minute walk to the beach and short drive to downtown Fernandina. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the space.We will be back!!

Great Recharge

We had a wonderful time, the property was in a quiet area. However it had easy access to anywhere on the island in less than 15 mins. Beach was a very short walk on empty streets, just two blocks over. We would stay again.

Beautiful Clean condo within short walk to the e beach!

The Condo was very clean, well stocked for an extended stay, and very nicely furnished and decorated. It’s a very quiet unit. Will definitely be coming back to stay again. The beach is an easy short 2 small block stroll, or there is parking along the beach road for free. Highly recommend the Sandbar restaurant down the street for reasonable, very good food and selection. The property management team was amazing, and communicated daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Great apartment near the beach and downtown

A nicely furnished apartment that is only 2 blocks from the beach and less than a 10 minute drive to charming downtown Fernandina Beach! The apartment is spacious, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking items. There was a nice deck in front and in the back, which was nice depending on where the sun was. Definitely recommend this one!!

Absolutely wonderful

The location and amenities were ideal for us. We were there for the Amelia car show with friends. It was February, so not beach weather but the location was close if you go when beaches are a destination. We did walk out to the beach to check it out. Would love to return during that season. All we needed was there and it was so quiet and so spacious. We loved it.

Summer vacation - All I ever wanted!

The communication from the property manager was exceptional! They sent a very helpful link with information about the property and area. The day of our arrival, we received the code for the door. No key hand off to deal with, this was super easy. The location was close to the beach and that area was never crowded. We will definitely visit again!
