Great place to stay! Plenty of towels and well stocked with beginning supplies. Great host and responded very quickly. Our AC went out and he immediately had someone come over and fix it. 10/10 recommend!

The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper products, and general kitchen supplies. There was even a welcome bottle of red wine for us! There were plenty of closely located parking spaces and the pool was easy to find- even though we didn’t have the time to use it. The internet was out for the length of our stay, but that wasn’t the owner’s fault at all. However, that meant no tv or wi-fi. But, in Amelia, who has time for tv?!? The condo was a short walk to the absolutely beautiful (and empty) beach, and it was super convenient that there was a box full of beach supplies for us to use. My only suggestion is that some of the rustier chairs need to be replaced. I would 100% rent this condo again. It was a terrific experience for us all.

I've been renting in Fernandina Beach for 25 summers now. I've stayed in multiple locations in Forrest Ridge too. Bo's condo met 100% of my needs: 1-parking at the front of the complex so you don't have to drive endlessly in the one-way circle around the pool.2-only 2 steps and you are at the front door.3-each bedroom had a tv4-I'm 6'1 and the shower head didn't require me to squat down my entire vacation5-hangers in the closetsThere were a lot of other nice features that I didn't use but I felt were worth noting:1-I don't drink coffee but there were plenty of pods and creamers ready to go2-there were cool kids toys for a rainy day located under the tv3-there were a ton of beach chairs in the box on the deck but I spent my time walking miles for shark's teeth and never sat. LOLLast thought. Bo was very quick to respond via the app and that is always appreciated. I look forward to returning in 2026.

Excellent location and amenities. 1st floor, 2 blocks from the beach, and the host provides a beach buggy/pull cart and beach chairs. The unit has 3 bedrooms so kids can have their own rooms. The beach is not too crowded, the pool is a great feature too. Plenty of towels and games, comfortable furniture and beds. Amazing value, excellent communication. Would stay again.

Perfect getaway for my family

Great condo for a vacation or getaway. Plenty of room for my family. The condo had everything we needed, including several beach related gear on the balcony that was very useful to us during our stay. The owner was super nice. Had some issues come up near the end of our stay and he went out of his way to get us taken care of. I definitely reccommend this condo for families and would absolutely stay again!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Communication with the owner, Bo, was great. Easy check-in, condo was clean, and it was just as described in the listing. There are plenty of beach accesses close to this condo complex. There’s one you can walk to that’s a 5-7 minute walk. Then there are several others close by that have parking. So getting to the beach is no problem at all. We are already planning on coming back to stay here. (Bonus points for the owner, he offered us a late checkout because the property wasn’t rented on the day we left. Very thoughtful!)

Okay so this was our escape from after the hurricane and I couldn't ask for more! I had a newborn and communication was quick and easy. Host even offered a generator if we weren't leaving for the other hurricane. I definitely would and will stay here again!

Perfect place to stay!

This was the 2nd time in the last 2 years that we stayed at this location! The first time was all adults and this time 2 adults and 4 kids! It has everything you need to cook with, 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer and such a short drive or walk to the beach! This is quickly becoming one of our favorite places to stay while we visit Fernandina! Thank you guys for such great communication and making everything so easy!
