I am an Arizona native and have been coming down to Cholla Bay, Mexico for a while now. I love this part of Rocky Point and I am so happy to share our lovely house with you!
Why they chose this property
When you enter the home, you are welcomed with an open-concept downstairs living area. This area houses the living room, dining room, cantina, as well as the full-sized kitchen. The kitchen has many small appliances as well as a full size stove, fridge, and freezer for all of your needs. Just off of the kitchen is one of the full bathrooms that offers a shower, toilet, and sink vanity. In between the kitchen and the cantina is the entrance to the community bedroom that can sleep up to six people comfortably. Just off of the community room is the half bathroom that holds a toilet, sink, and mirror. Moving upstairs you enter into the landing/loft that houses a desk area, a lounge area with full and twin rollaway beds, as well as access to the balcony and outdoor seating. Down the hallway is the queen bedroom, last full bathroom, as well as the king bedroom.
What makes this property unique
Cholla Bay is a safe and small quiet neighborhood just outside the busyness of Rocky Point. It houses some great food and drinks and an even better atmosphere. We may be biased, but the people in Cholla Bay are some of the best people in all of Rocky Point.
