1. Guest will NOT have access garage unless approved by the owner/property manager. An extra fee may apply.
2. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed.
3. Renters are NOT allowed to have outside guests over at the property

5. Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this home.
6. No smoking is allowed.
7. Small pets (20 lbs or less) are allowed with a $100 dlls per stay fee upon approval. 1 Pet maximum.
8. The arrival time is 4 pm or later. Departure on the final day is no later than 11 a.m. to avoid a late departure fee.
9. The home has security cameras, 1 in the backyard patio, 1 in the front door, and 1 in the garage driveway. The cameras in the front record both video and sound for security purposes. The backyard cameras are set to record video only for guest privacy. You will have the ability to shut the backyard cameras off by turning the backyard lights off. The backyard camera will not record video when the lights are shut off.
