Weekend Getaway

The place is very spacious and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. Views from front and back of house are amazing. Perfect location, Lake in the backyard and 1-2 minute walk to the ocean/beach. Would definitely book this place again

Lovely property right on the lagoon, just one street over from the beach. Great hang out spaces—from the hot tub to the Adirondack chairs on the pier, fire table/seating to watching the sunset on the top deck swinging chairs. Huge comfy couch and ten-person table accommodated our group wonderfully. Kiyova management responded quickly when we needed a few amenities stocked. Safe, quiet, gated community 20 minutes from Rocky Point. We enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon (brought two of our own, and host had one), wished we had brought fishing gear as the lagoon had fish jumping all the time! Brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, and property provided towels.
