It was perfect for our family trip to Paris. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to questions, and the neighborhood was ideal. We would stay again. I do agree with other reviewers that lighting in the bedrooms could be improved

A great location close to market, bakeries, gelato, and restaurants. The stairway up to the bedrooms were, at first, a little challenging for the three of us who are all over 75 years old. I have been to Paris 10 times, and I loved this place.

This apartment was ideally located for exploring Paris. We enjoyed the neighborhood shops and cafes. Within 15 minutes, we could walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine and various other sites. The hosts were outstanding to work with before and during our stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment. The location is the best. It is an easy walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre, a longer flat walk to every other attraction in Paris. There are many fun restaurants and bars on the rue Buci just around the corner. In the other direction on the rue Jacob you are at the most famous cafés and the Lipp. I went this time with my husband and two 19 year old grandsons. The bakery and the super market are also just around the corner. Everyone was very comfortable. I will return.

This property is located in a great part of Paris in St Germain de Pres. It is very central and easy to get to many major sites including the Louvre, Tulleries Gardens, Museum D’Orsey. There are great transit options all around. This is an ideal location for families. Many great restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Remember to bring you own soap and shampoo. Stairs are narrow so it may be tough to bring luggage up, but the apartment is on the ground floor which is a huge plus. We stayed with our 2 year old and were provided a pack and play.

We rented this place for our two daughters. We were staying just a 6 minute walk from there. They enjoyed the place. We had appetizers there. It was lovely. They enjoyed the facilities, but there is only one key, and that became an issue on the second night there as one of our daughters got locked out while the other was sound asleep inside. Fortunately, after a bit of screaming in the courtyard at 2:00am she realized she could come to our place. No reflection on the lovely place or hosts. But another key might be a good idea

Very expensive for what you get

Very good location , clean but small apartment with furniture that need to be updated The beds are to stiff, not much room in the bathroom a very small living room, no WiFi on the second floor

Excellent stay

We had a a very comfortable stay. We are a mother, daughter, and granddaughter. Communication was prompt and informative. The apartment is entered through a locked courtyard and feels very secure. The street is quiet for Paris. The entire apartment has been updated. The windows are dual pane -though we generally left them open due to unseasonal heat. The appliances, refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer/dryer, are all new. The bathroom and water closet are new and modern. The neighborhood is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment for a comfortable base in Paris.

spring break in Paris

We had a wonderful week in Paris and loved the location of this rental! The most quaint neighborhood. It was fabulous to have a washer/dryer and refrigerator during our stay, and plenty of space. The only minor issue is that the lighting upstairs is not great so adding some stronger lamps may be helpful.

Parisian Hideaway - Charm Meets Convenience

Family of four visiting Paris from the USA. We really feel we lucked out booking this spot. Great communication from the hostess before and during the stay. Location was perfect, safe and convenient, surrounded by restaurants, cafe's, macaron's and around the corner from the Metro. The apartment was nice, clean, modern and had all we needed for a great stay. Dont hesitate to book this unit.

Amazing Stay in Paris!!!!

So happy this apartment was available for four of us to stay during Thanksgiving week. Truly spacious for four with all the amenities! If you are looking for a place to stay in Paris, this property should be near the top of your list!

Wonderful apartment and location

Great location for exploring Paris

Great location for living like a local while exploring Paris. The apartment was close enough to walk to many museums and close to metro stations, cafes, parks, and restaurants. Genevieve was a fantastic host - meeting us upon our arrival and making sure we understood how everything functioned. Everything was as-advertised.
