We had a wonderful stay in Paris. Timi was such a gracious host, meeting with us and providing a tour of the apartment. It was such a spacious flat and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Metro. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and can't wait until our next visit.

This is the perfect location! Dealing with Timi was very easy. It was very relaxing in the appt after a long day walking around. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by, including bakeries.We recommend.

Ideal location for visiting Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter and museums. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Timi is a great host!

Timi was a great and responsive host during our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic, close to the Louvre, the Seine, Notre Dame and tons of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen, nice living room, and comfortable bedrooms. Would absolutely stay again and recommend!

Clean and comfortable. Great location that's close to many shops and restaurants. Plus close to a subway station. Manager has shop next door so it's easy to access thim. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect! Our host was wonderful, friendly and did everything to make sure our stay was excellent The air conditioning units made sleeping easy. The living room was an incredibly comfortable place to relax after a long day. Starting the day with coffee in the sitting alcove of the bedroom watching the streets of Paris come to life was a treat. The location was amazing too.

We loved our stay. Timi was an excellent host. The apartment is in a great location near the metro and a taxi stand down the block. We had everything we needed in the apartment. If you like shopping vintage there are many shops in the area. Hope to come back again!

A spacious apartment perfectly located in the Marais with everything you could need. Timi was friendly, available, and made sure every care we had was taken care of. We had a great week.

The apartment is fantastic! The pictures are exactly as it looks, but we were surprised at how spacious it was! The bedrooms have more than enough room for you and your bags. The bathroom is also large and has a very convenient washing machine. There is a grocery shop and metro access a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants and boulangeries close by was well.I contacted the host when we were on our way and he met us outside. He gave us a tour of the apartment and a couple easy instructions. He is very kind and answered all of our questions. I would 100% stay here again.

This was a great apartment with big rooms, air conditioning, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not have been better. The metro is close by and so are wonderful cafes and a market for food shopping should you need it. Its location was also close to so many sites accessible through walking. The owner, Timi, is very attentive and responds quickly to all emails. He leaves every guest a warm, inviting, and clean home. I highly recommend this apartment! (and staying in Le Marais)

We were greeted by Timi and he did a great job showing us the apartment. The apartment was clean and big enough for 4 adults. When ever we had a question Timi was quick to respond. The apartment was located in a great central area. Close to everything. Timi is a gracious host and I would highly recommend renting from him again. Thank you Timi from the Wright family.

Well located, large apartment

Great location to make as home base, very close to metro and multiple shops and restaurants. Only downside is periodic smell of cigarette smoke in the building, but that is ubiquitous in Paris.

Le Marais… une location parfaite!

This was a lovely 2 bedroom apt. w/ 1 bathroom.The building had an elevator, & both bedrooms had a/c. That’s a bonus!The host, Timi , is lovely & very helpful.The location in the 4 th arrond. was well located.I was right near Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet& Musée Cognacq- Jay.

Wonderful location

Thank you Timmi for helping make our vacation in Paris a dream come true. This apartment is huge for Paris standards and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the metro was 2 blocks away. Just perfect!

Excellent location and value for such a nice place

The location was great. The beds were super comfortable. It was pretty quiet at night. The check in and check out was smooth. We stayed here a week and had no complaints.

Great Stay

Timi was there to greet us when we arrived and explained the features of the apartment. The apartment is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Timi also wished us a bon voyage upon departure. I would stay again.

Large apartment in Le Marais

This is a large 2-bedroom apartment, particularly by Parisian standards. The location on Rue de Rivoli is ideal and the large windows provide a nice view on Parisian life, particularly the corner windows in the master bedroom. The beds are very comfortable and firm. For those who mind, the only downside is that the decor is somewhat outdated, in brown and beige hues. The kitchen appliances are modern, however. The owner literally lives next door and is very accommodating/available, but the checkout time is early (10 AM).
