This is not your typical vacation rental! Unbelievable location in the heart of Sea Isle City! This absolutely beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath townhome is a short walk to the beach and is professionally decorated. Enjoy the views of the ocean from the decks or relax and unwind in this comfortable & clean home. Middle level contains: 4 Bedrooms, one larger suite bedroom with 1-Queen, full bathroom and street facing deck. Another bedroom with 2-twin beds, Third bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin above a Full - sleeps 3 total), one full hallway bathroom, and a washer & dryer closet. Forth bedroom with 1-Queen and TV. Up a full flight of steps to the top level which contains: the living room with full size sofa bed and street facing deck, dining area, kitchen, half a bath off the kitchen, and 2nd suite queen bedroom with full bathroom. TVs are both cable and streaming. Owner provided 10-beach tags, beach cart and umbrella as a courtesy (not guaranteed).
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
