This property was perfect for our family stay! The beach access and view were spectacular, and the home gave us plenty of space to enjoy. We would rent here again!

The beach view was dramatic, absolutely one of the pleasures of staying there. We enjoyed easy access to the beach for daily walks as well as the quiet of Townsend's inlet. The unit itself was very comfortable and well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals . We had a lovely week.

Ocean views all around

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for some much needed rest and relaxation. The property is great and had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach although laying out on the deck surrounded by oceanviews made it hard to leave the house! We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was fantastic, the beach was amazing, and the apartment was comfortable. We were nine people, and we never felt like we were in each other's way.The location of the apartment was perfect.We also appreciated the quick answers to our questions from the host and the clear instructions for accessing the apartment, the Wi-Fi, and the check-in and check-out process.

Location

The location was great. Great view and easy access to the beach. The house could use some updating. The coffee pot and the screen slider need replaced. The front door is hard to lock. (Have to lift up on the handle)

Jersey Shore Wedding stay

This property was in excellent shape except for a few minor details, which the property owner took care of. Did not read the final contract about linens not being provided but it got worked out. This property is a little bit older but in excellent shape, and definitely in one of the best locations in SIC. We would definitely stay here again

First time at 93rd Street

Although this was our 38th season in Sea Isle City, this is the first time we've been so close to the beach with such an extraordinary panoramic view of the ocean and the sky. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to return next year.

The view from the porch was outstanding. The location could not be beat. It was relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Sea Isle. Would definitely do again.

Perfect location and view!

The location of this property and the views can't be beat. We had a terrific time and all went well. Good communication with owner. The home is as described. There were some minor maintenance issues that I felt should have been checked/addressed beforehand. This did not detract from our vacation. Outdoor shower was great and spacious garage with many beach items available. Some things to note: - The unit downstairs had smokers who continued to smoke on their even though they were reminded a few times this is a no smoking property. This was a bummer when we would have morning coffee on the deck or in the evening. - Some things are dated, which is no t an issue. Just mentioning for those who are picky. Brown wooden doors, no filtered water on frig. - This is a 3rd story unit as stated in description. It was an climb and the stairs are wide and sturdy with lighting. If you have someone much older or disabled - keep the stairs in mind. - With the salt water and wind and storms difficult to keep a shore property fully intact 100% of time. Still recommend checking all lights between tenants. Also ensure shower sliders are clean and smooth, and screen door slider actually slides. Recommend cleaning the upper and lower tracks of the showers. - Note also that no linens are provided. I was a bit surprised that no outside linen service (for a fee) was recommended. It was a lot to lug all linens and towels. - Maybe we were the first renters of the season but some basic items one usually finds were not there - not even an initial plastic liner in the kitchen trash can, aluminum foil, etc. - The place was clean though I did find crumbs in one of the kitchen cabinets which was a mild bummer. All said - one goes to the beach for comfortable stay, great views, and proximity to beach. This place had all of that!

Best view and access to the beach and bay!

The location is wonderful and amenities all in good working order. The wifi and cable were a bit slow and spotty. Minor disappointments: the outdoor shower is shared with the neighbors and there is no outdoor grill included with the property. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed our vacation thoroughly!

Outstanding place to enjoy the shore.

We rented this week for my mother's 90th birthday. The pandemic was very isolating for her as for many people. We wanted a place with a view of the ocean. Jakob's place fit the bill. Best view. Very impressed with how clean the place was on arrival. The master bedroom with a master bath was perfect for my mother. Close to Cape May where we love to "bird" as well as many other "birding spots". My family who came from Illinois, Texas, and Arizonia all loved this place. We plan on returning!

It was one of the best short time vacation for my family!

Our family used live at a beach before we moved in current neighborhood. We missed the beach a lot! This vacation house refreshed our memories. In the two days trip, My parents was able to watch sunrises in the morning. My husband and my kid enjoyed fishing all day long. Dinner time was accompanied with shining seaside view... Strongly recommend this vacation house to people who plan to visit sea isle city. 5 stars, definitely!

Great location and very nice host

This property has excellent location in Sea Isle City. The view is amazing. Our favorite activity is to sit on the kitchen table or patio and watch the ocean in front of us. It is a very quiet beach in April and we love it. The property is right on beach so it is a very easy access to beach. We got to the beach multiple times a day. The kitchen is very clean and updated. The owner is super nice. We left a stuff animal accidentally in the property. The owner is very responsive in finding the stuff animal and mailing back to us. We will highly recommend this property and the owner.

Perfect weekend get-away

“We had a wonderful beach weekend. The house is comfortable and inviting, with an added bonus for March- hot water outside shower and changing area! The location is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy fabulous ocean and inlet views. The deck is spacious and a great gathering spot. Thank you Jakob!

Beautiful Views

We came here for a girls weekend and loved it. There was plenty of room for us and the views are amazing. It is also within walking distance to a small shopping area with places to eat and a restaurant & bar. We plan on making it an annual visit
