House sleeps 8, overlooking the golf course and the forest, 1 km from the beach. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a living room (sofa bed, real bed base) and a mezzanine (sleeps 2). Covered terrace on the front and large terrace overlooking the pine trees in the back. Very pleasant!! A small door will allow you direct access to the forest and lake (with fitness trail) of Moliets. Wifi and free television Fully equipped house: dishwasher / washing machine / dryer / nespresso / oven / microwave / beer machine / plancha / garden furniture ... See you soon to enjoy our beautiful region!

Concernant l'emplacement, le logement est situé à quelques minutes des plages et la station de Moliets. Il dispose d'un accès direct à la piste cyclable et un autre au lac de Moliets.Le logement en lui même dispose de deux terrasses, dont une couverte. Il convient plutôt à une famille avec 2 enfants. Même s'il est globalement fonctionnel, le logement nécessiterait un bon rafraichissement, pour répondre aux attentes des locataires.Les propriétaires sont très facilement accessibles et réactifs en cas d'aléa techniques.

Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und zwei Teenagerinnen) und mit unserer Hündin dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die 2 Terrassen bieten bei jeder Wetterlage die Möglichkeit sich draußen aufzuhalten. Von der Terrasse aus führt ein Weg direkt in den Pinienwald mit Aktivpfad und See. Zum spazieren gehen und Laufen einfach toll. Zu Fuß zum Strand gehen dauert ca 20 Minuten und ist aufgrund der hervorragenden Wege sehr gut zu leisten. Die Infrastruktur des Ortes ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Von größerem Supermarkt ( mit dem Auto 4 Minuten) über zwei kleinere Märkte in Strandnähe, diverse Restaurants, Bäcker, Bars, und Shops ist alles da. Eine der Bars verwandelt sich abends in einen netten kleinen Club mit DJ für die Tanzwütigen. Die Surfschulen sind sehr Kundenfreundlich und die Lehrer sehr geduldig. Biaritz und San Sebastian sind nur ein bis zwei Stunden entfernt und laden zum Kulturtripp ein.

Maison type cabine de plage surélevée avec jolie terrasse , bien placée entre plage et commerce . Nous étions un couple avec 2 jeunes de 20 et 23 ans. Nous avons tout fait à vélo ce qui était bien agréable . La maison est mignonette et petite pour 4 grands (nous mesurons tous plus d1m80. Les chambres et les lits sont très petits . Je pense que la maison convient mieux à un couple et 2 petits enfants . Les immenses plages des landes entre Molliets et Maa et Messange sont superbes. Population de surfeurs et de familles , très internationale et sympathique .
