I am Mike Olson Home Owner and Property Manager OBX Life Vacation Rentals. I have been providing vacation memories for our guest for over 12 years! It has always been a dream to own one house. Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Bed linens are included from June 1st to August 31 rentals only. You can rent bath towels for $9.00 a set & bed linens for $11.00 per bed
No glass around the hot tub. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult over 21 to use the hot tub
