Great Centrally located apartment

Very clean, was just as advertised in really great location. We could almost walk everywhere we needed, and tons of great shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay In Rome.

Perfect place to stay

We loved this place! It was in the perfect location, felt very safe, and working with the property manager was great. He answered all our questions, helped us get transportation, and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Eduardo has done a very nice job with this apartment. He was very helpful and kept in contact with us prior to our arrival. Location is great, subway and Spanish steps just a couple blocks away. Would stay here again

Great apartment and location.

Owner was very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Kitchen was well equipped and the size of the apartment was comfortable for two couples.

Visit number 2 and still the best place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The proximity to every destination, dinner spot, and historical site is fantastic; nothing was more than a 20-minute walk. The host is wonderful, a great communicator, and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment is the best. Fabulous stay.

Great property with a terrific and responsive manager!

This apartment was perfect for my husband and me…we spent 7 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Edoardo was fantastic! He was very responsive and coordinated transportation for us to and from the airport. He provided restaurant recommendations which was consistent with our research and friends recommendations. This is a very safe location as well. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic apartment near Spanish steps

We loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful apartment near the Spanish steps. The pictures are completely accurate. The owner’s list of suggested restaurants in the neighborhood was a big help and he made airport transfer arrangements as well. A great place for exploring Rome!

The Best Stay in Roma!

Staying in the Frezza Apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment is lovely- clean, comfortable, and wonderful amenities. The location was truly the best area of the city we have stayed! Easy to get to all major attractions and wonderful markets and neighborhood restaurants. Most of all, Edoardo was a delight and a great assistance from before we arrived to the last day when he coordinated our transportation to the airport on departure.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location - you can walk to wonderful shops, the spanish steps, the colosseum, and on and on. There is a taxi stand very close and the newly-opened Bulgari hotel is a great place for breakfast. Don't even think twice - book this apartment and have fun in Roma!!

This villa has the best location in Rome. 2 minutes to Spanish steps, tons of restaurants, grocery and many shops within 1 minute. Beautiful villa, very spacious and our host Edorado was magnificent, always available and true first class host. This is where you want to stay if you come to Rome. Don’t miss out on this magnificent villa. I give this villa 5 stars.

Perfect 10 Days in Rome

This property is all as advertised. My wife and I along with our 3 Adult aged children had a wonderful time. The air conditioning kept us cool, washer/dryer came in handy and we even cooked a little breakfast on most days. The location is perfect, especially as it was our first trip to Rome.
