The Ko Olina Beach Villas are one of the newest and most exclusive ocean front condominium properties available for rent on Oahu and are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. This 3 bedroom and 3 full bath Ocean Tower Villa can easily accommodate up to 8 people (maximum occupancy is 8 excluding children under 2 at time of arrival from that total) with a the following configuration for sleeping:

The Master Bedroom has an ocean view and attached lanai with a King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite private bath with a deep tub, double sink and separate shower.

The 2nd Bedroom is a spacious room with a Queen sized bed with a hall bath which includes it’s own shower adjacent to the Bedroom.

The 3rd Bedroom can be set up with a King or two Twin beds and also has an en-suite and private bath with a shower / tub. This floor plan is perfect for traveling couples, families or friends who will each enjoy their own private bath and 1,500 sq feet of pleasure.

The living room has a memory foam queen sized sofa bed if needed for your guests or family. We also have Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers for the smaller guests.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Tower on the Marriot side, you’ll love this villa’s closeness to the beach and views from the Lanai with comfortable lounging furniture and access from the Master Bedroom or the living area . The entire interior of this villa was updated with new furniture and décor. A dining room table for 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island and it will give you a great place for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever you feel like making from the kitchen with top of the line appliances. There are several BBQ's located around the pools if you like to grill.

Large TV’s in the living room and all 3 Bedrooms with cable and WiFi will let you enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,500 square feet to spread out in.

The 18 hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here.

While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities of this property may be hard to beat with up to two parking spaces, printer in the room, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest are all at your disposal to use as you explore and enjoy.

At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs and a fitness center with men and women private lockers which each have a steam and sauna as well as showers and lockers (including a fully accessible shower.

During your stay, you'll get to know all the benefits that Ko Olina has to offer. Daily activities around the resort itself, a world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities. A Ted Robinson designed Golf Course and the Disney and 4 Season's resort on the next lagoon if you are interested in some fine dining. The four lagoons with their manicured crescent beaches are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina has a friendly onsite staff who will do all they can to have you feel right at home.

You'll be greeted when you arrive and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between the time you reserve and your arrival or special requests, we should be able to take care of those also. A 1 1/2 mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe and secure for all your family members or guests to enjoy and provides a beautiful backdrop for those annual Christmas photos to send to you friends. Other restaurants are located in the aforementioned resort properties and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants.

Just a few miles away in the city center of Kapolei are all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices at Costco, Target, Ross and Sports Authority, Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Safeway, Longs Drugs and Starbucks to name a few.
