Propiedad frente a la playa en la laguna 2 en la costa de Ko Olina. A solo unos pasos de la playa de arena blanca, podrá relajarse con vientos alisios. Muy conveniente para todo cuando comes fuera, pero también la cocina / comedor gourmet de gran tamaño y diseño abierto diseñada por Roy Yamaguchi (propietario del restaurante Roy) está totalmente equipada y lista para cocinar también. Disfruta de 2 piscinas en el complejo, 3 jacuzzis, 4 barbacoas y un gimnasio totalmente equipado con sauna / baño de vapor.

Our Vrbo we stayed in was very clean..very big and spacious especially with our little ones! We were very close to everything we need! And the view was amazing! The best thing was we didn’t need anything as far water equipment like chairs floats extra towels were there waiting on us!! Thank you so much!!

This room was nearly perfect! Excellent location, super clean and nice accommodations, the property was well kept, and the pool was fun. The room itself was stocked with all the essentials you need for a fun pool or beach day. The location of the lagoon is perfect and the lagoon itself is ideal for families with children since it is relatively calm with no waves. My only minor critique is for the living room furniture, which was not very comfortable for lounging after a long day. This is not a dealbreaker though and we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for making our vacation magical and memorable.

We booked the property for our first family vacation. There were 6 adults, a 13 year old and an 11 year old. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The condo was perfect for the 3 adult couples - each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a 3-fold mattress and a blow up mattress for the two kids. Space was a little tight for the extra beds but we were able to make it work. The appliances were pretty new and there were lots of dishes and equipment to take to the beach. The host was very accommodating and took care of any issues quickly. I would highly recommend!

Fun,relaxing vacation

Beautiful, and clean property. Professional staff. Spacious, comfortable, well stocked 3BR condo. Loved the large exercise gym. Beautiful fish pond, large pool. Enjoyed listening to live entertainment by the pool. Enjoyed easy access to the calm, clean water lagoon. Great place to relax yet close enough to go sightseeing at Honolulu.

Absolutely love this place! Our Host was amazing throughout our stay. Very responsive to every need. The suite itself was clean and comfortable. The amenities were everything you could ask for. Our cable box went out and our host went above and beyond to make sure we had a replacement the very next day. The kids loved the fact that they could come straight to the pool after the beach. We were sad our stay ended but we will definitely be coming back! I wish I could rate the villa even more stars.

Amazing Family Getaway

We had seven lovely days in this condo with our kids and in-laws. The lagoon access was wonderful and the snorkeling was great.The kitchen was very functional and allow us to cook some great meals together. The host was incredibly responsive to our request and we would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was clean! We had enough space for everyone in our group and the resort pool was so fun for the kids. The owner is super responsive to messages!

Vacation Paradise

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The area was breath-taking to say the least. The only recommendation would be more comfortable livingroom furniture. The ratan furniture just wasn't comfortable at all. The upside to this is we weren't there much being we were out sightseeing, shopping, and excursions. Overall I give it high ratings and would stay again.

Relaxing and fun!

Very comfortable stay for our group of six adults and a 17-month old! The location was great - nice beach lagoon for the toddler, and the kid pool was also perfect. We definitely would stay there again next time we go to Oahu!

Destination Wedding Venue

We were guests for a destination wedding on the beach in KoOlina. Decision to use VRBO to stay at KoOlina Beach Villas was a good one . Our lagoon was the least crowded of the other three. The Disney Aulani seemed heavily populated with families with young children and the Marriott property was just plane crowded. Very nice accommodations

Amazing Hawaiian getaway

We had the most amazing week at the beach villas! The beds were SO comfortable. Everything was so clean! They had everything you needed for the beach from chairs to sand toys. Location was perfect and everything was so simple and easy. We have already booked a week next year at the same villa!

Lovely Condo in a beautiful area

We had 6 adults staying in this condo and it was very comfortable. It’s a beautiful spot with the lagoons for swimming and snorkeling, multiple pools and hot tubs, a pool bar with beautiful sunset views, and a walking path going between several upscale resorts. The condo itself was nicely furnished, had high end appliances, and very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were adequate, but could be more comfortable, particularly the twin beds for adults. We had a shower issue that was attended to as quickly as possible, and when that took longer than hoped, the owner was quick to offer some compensation for our inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Living the Dream

What a wonderful location with amazing amenities. We could walk to restaurants and shops. There were familiar favorites like Starbucks or new favorites like Eggs n’ Things. The hallway closet had everything we needed for the beach and then some! (Chairs, boogie boards, goggles, buckets and shovels) The kitchen was amazing! Such a spacious fridge for storing fruit from the island market or drinks. The condo was a little run down in spots (carpet stain, funky shower door) but was perfect for our family of five plus my MIL to share. Being by the front desk was only noisy one night but that was due to the people checking in and not the staff. The pools were amazing. Resort living for sure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s located on the best lagoon of the four! Wonderful experience all around. It gave us the feeling of being home while enjoying the island. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to come home to after a day out exploring the island.

Great Place To Stay

Our group enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas. Beautiful property, great communication with the host & fantastic location. While there isn’t a fantastic ocean view, my dad loved watching planes fly over the resort.

Beautiful Trip

Traveling with family from 22 to 87yrs can be difficult. Something for everyone. Lovely resort, beautiful amenities. Quick to respond to any needs. Best trip to Oahu we have had, love the location.

Ko Olina resort is different and stands out by quality of it. Feels like you are in neighbor island somewhere. This is the high-end beach resort location in gated community with high class security system which separates from others on Oahu. Beach Villas provides true luxury stay for a perfect family Hawaii vacation. Amenities and services are awesome to make your stay comfortable from day one to the end.

This unit is one of the largest 3 bedroom 3 bathroom layout which is spacious enough for 3 couples. The price is very affordable because it is on the 2nd floor overlooking a beautiful resort entrance area with distance ocean/beach view from large lanai. Great access to the pool, beach, bar, gym, etc.....

Master-King, guestroom1-King and guestroom2-two twins(or combined King)
Lastly, we as an owner are very flexible tying to accommodate all kind of request, not like you going through mid-man management company.
We like to welcome any guest respects our resort home as your home.
