Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three legged honu (turtle) that we named “Hop Along.” Share the luxurious and elegant lifestyle with your loved ones by immersing in our professionally designed villa. With the lagoons and Pacific Ocean at our front door and the Ko Olina Championship Golf Course at the back, come and experience one of the most memorable vacations of your lifetime.

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort: Roy's, Mina's Fish House, Monkeypod Kitchen, Longboards, 'Ama 'Ama, and even the tasty Mekiko Cantina. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:

Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and a beach towel per guest; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor in the Ocean Tower and includes 2 parking spaces.
A minimum of 6 nights is required at the Beach Villas for all reservations.

This place is wonderful! Super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and as a bonus the parking spot is right by an entrance door so it was convenient. Would love to stay here again. Also, Tiffany was amazing at responding to our questions and showing us around.

Quiet and relaxing

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed ourselves. We loved that we were steps away from the beach, pool and hot tubs. We were also walking distance to restaurants and bars.Market down the street. The condo has everything you would need including comfy beds.

Fantastic stay!!

Close to Waikiki but not in the heart of all the crazy, about a 30 min drive away. The pools are well maintained and the kids loved it! The condo was well maintained with enough beds and bathrooms for us all. The beds are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on!!

The accommodation was excellent and the host provided useful provisions such as beach chairs/towels and toys. The kitchen was well appointed with all the basic necessities. If there is an area for improvement, it would be to upgrade the kitchen equipment. The pots were cheap and food stuck easily, toaster was basic with no pop up function and knives were blunt and needed sharpening. Combined, cooking was difficult and we tended to do more eating out than we would have liked. The only real disappointment, was the view. The picture shows the apartment overlooking a large land expanse. What it did not show was that the parking/road was directly beneath. Aside from not too appealing, all the service/maintenance trucks passed which was noisy. Overall, the accommodation was excellent.

WE LOVED YOUR BEACH VILLA AT KO OLINA

We just completed our stay at Beach Villa at Ko Olina. There were five adults and all five loved the spaciousness, location and overall cleanliness. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby making everything fun!!

We absolutely fell in love with this unit and it was oh so beautiful and met all of our needs. Loved the baths for each separate bedrooms. Extremely quiet since we are early to bed people. So much activity at the surrounding resorts if we chose to explore and great dinner choices around us. Tiffany was so professional and made check in effortlessly. Looking forward to a return trip in the near future

Ko'Olina Beach Villas

We had a great time and this unit worked well for our family! Would highly recommend this property for a family vacation, and we would certainly return. The complex is located adjacent to a three other large properties; the Four Seasons, Marriott Vacations, and a Disney Vacations Hotel. A terrific walkway along the beach connects all four, and the development was done in such a way that each lodging property has their own protected lagoon that opens out into the ocean.

Clean and relaxing

Great communication before and during our stay. The property is very clean including the unit. The lagoon for this property is one of the least busy. Traffic to Ko-Olina from Honolulu can get bad in the afternoons so plan ahead.

Highly recommend. Terrific comfortable spacious place to stay for our family of six. Each couple had their own bedroom and attached bath. Laundry in apartment. Nice appliances, large kitchen island with bar seats, and large dining table, spacious lanai with partial view of ocean. Beautiful sunsets from lanai and direct access to beach/lagoon for sunset, swimming and snorkeling (saw lots of fishes). Gym with machines and weights downstairs. Conveniently located to good coffee, eateries, restaurants and some shops in area (15-min walk). Traveled all over the island for excellent hiking, great food, views, yummy shaved ices and local bakeries and desserts. Well managed property for a perfect family vacation.

Best place we have stayed in Hawaii!

Everything about this place is amazing! The condo is large enough to have your own space, even when staying with others, and has ample common space for eating, talking, or playing games as a group. All of the furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. The pools (there are two) are great! The hot tubs (there are three) have great views, the lagoon is fun to play in and had a surprising number of fish to see while we were snorkeling there. The place provided snorkel gear, body boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and lots of sand and beach toys to keep kids and teens busy and entertained. Would definitely stay again.

Our favorite place to stay on Oahu

This was our 5th time at Ko'Olina Beach Villas. We love the beach access, calm lagoon, paved walkway for long walks in the morning and evening, and awesome pools on the property. Condo was well stocked with baby items (pack n play, high chair) and we used the kitchen daily. Beds were SUPER comfortable- this is always a gamble with rental properties! We will definitely be back!

Perfect

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect lagoon, perfect weather. Just a perfect place to stay! There was 8 of us in the villa. Really needed another bedroom but that wasn’t an option and we made due. Other than a couple of “bumps” with home owners association, everything was great.

Family Vacation 2024

The property was beautiful and the parking was great for our needs. The condo is only minutes away from Costco, Target and some wonderful places to eat. The property manager Cherie was great to work with and the ladies at the check-in counter were so helpful when we arrived early. We stayed 7 nights and we utilized the washing machine, dryer and the dishwasher. The only thing I would recommend is that they provide luggage racks, since some of us don't like to unpack our suitcase. This was truly an amazing place to stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful vacation stay at the Beach Villas. The property was as expected and met our needs very well, and Cherie did a terrific job for us. We would definitely recommend. The only frustration was actually with the facility management who had some policies restricting umbrella use on the beach that were ridiculous. Otherwise, it was great.
