We are close to everything that is Ogunquit!

The house is located 2 streets behind Admiral's Inn (very near the Ogunquit playhouse). It is 1/2 mile to Ogunquit center, 8/10 mile to the beach, and 1 mile to Perkins Cove. There's parking for 4 to 5 vehicles as there are two driveways at the property, there is no street parking at all. The home has 4 bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor, one is on the second floor, and one is on the third floor. The layout of the home is different so I've added a video showing where the different rooms are. Please take a look at it, I think it will explain a lot. There are 3 big screen tv's and high speed wireless internet are included. We have an older Windows based computer for guest use along with a wireless air printer/scanner in case you must do work. Linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen are also included.

There is AC in each bedroom and in the living room on the 2nd floor. The first floor back bedroom has a splint on the wall, the 1st floor den has a rolling ACunit, and the front bedroom on the 1st floor has a window unit. The rest of the house has split unit ACs mounted on the wall.

One bedroom on the first floor has a queen m bed , the other has a queen over queen and queen over full bunk beds. The second floor bedroom has a queen bed. The third floor room has 2 queen beds and an en suite bath. We have a large deck with a gas grill and seating for 10. There are three large screen TV's, one in the first floor den, one in the main living room (2nd floor) and one in the 3rd floor bedroom. The back yard is small but it features a chiminea.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided.

Perfect location

The property owner was very responsive, the home very clean and WELL stocked with everything you may need for dinners, towels, going to the beach, etc.. The home was within walking distance to town and all of the shops, which was a big hit for all ages. Ice cream was near by too :)

Perfect place

The place was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Was very spacious and great back yard and deck. Also added perk was all the toys and games for the kids and highchair and baby gates. Highly recommend this place for anyone with young or older children. Great place for the family!

We had a terrific vacation at the house. Kyle, the owner was quick to respond with any questions, with all linens, cleaning supplies and so much other provided, it made it that much more relaxing. Highly recommend this property for vacation!

Enjoyable Vacation in Ogunquit

Family Vacation

This was our 3rd time rent this property and we had another wonderful vacation. The house is very spacious and gives us plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with lots of pans, dishes, etc.. Communication with Kyle was very easy as he always responds quickly. Location is great as itā€™s an easy walk to town and a little longer to the beach. The only small thing I would suggest is new cushions outside as they are worn and a bit dirty.

Great family home off the main road but close to downtown

This house was perfect for our extended family trip to ME. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, paper goods, etc. The weather was brutally hot and the AC really made all the difference. Would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Perfect Setup and Location

The home was exactly as it is described and was perfect for my family of 4 and a 2nd family. The layout provided each family with their own space/bathroom and common areas to gather and hang out. The proximity to the center, the beach, the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove was phenomenal and we were able to walk everywhere. We would recommend and hope to stay again next summer!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was the perfect house for our grown family. Everybody (6 adults) felt they had space to be together and some quiet area when needed. The house was immaculate and comfortable. This was by far one of the best houses we have rented as a family! Great location. Walking distance to everything.

Loved this house!

Shirt walk to town and the beach. Absolutely everything we needed was available at the home. It was nicely redone and beautiful. This is the perfect home for a large family to enjoy their time in Ogunquit!

Great week for 2 families!

We stayed here for the week of the 4th in 2022 and we couldn't have been happier. The house was close to the beach and close to downtown, well stocked with beach paraphernalia, far enough away from the action for the four kids 9 and under to settle down at night, and was just generally well situated for two families of four. The host was really attentive and responsive, and we loved our stay - we will absolutely look to book here our next trip to OGT!

Perfect size and location for our family

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and walkable location. We walked to the beach with a beach cart, restaurants and Perkins Cove. Nice and private road. Had one issue with the lock and got an immediate response. Outdoor space was nice to sit and read a book.

Family Vacation

This was our second time renting this property and it was wonderful! Everyone had a great time.. We love the space it gives both spread out and come together in the large kitchen, family room and deck. Itā€™s proximity to town and the beach is also ideal. Communication with Kyle was easy and we were happy to be allowed to drop off our food before officially checking in. Hope to rent again in the future!

Kyle Adamian (my son) manages this property for us but we are from Mass. We live in Westford at present but I grew up in Winchester and my wife was an Arlingtonian for many years. The amazing manager is from Winchester, MA originally but now resides in Groton, MA. He is the father of our first grandchild who is the cutest baby in the history of babies. Don't believe me? Ask his grandmother.

We purchased a condo in Ocean Park back in 2014 but we decided that we'd like a house closer to our home. This property was perfect for us because of the location and because it has a layout that lets us put the (grown) children in the lower level and we can still have our own space. Being 1/2 mile to town and 8/10 to the beach with a relatively flat walk is a huge benefit to us. We looked at homes up Berwick Rd but decided that the hill would get tiring (especially if we are ever graced with grandchildren which we now have been).
