Lisa - thank you so much for such great feedback! We are so happy that you enjoyed the house and hope you come back soon and often. My best, Beth
Wonderful setting overlooking the surrounding mountains and valley. I organized a golf trip with three other men, so we were looking for a home base with four bedrooms that was close to the three courses we intended to play. The back porch was our communal gathering place, providing a perfect setting to have a few drinks, enjoy the natural beauty, and get to know each other better. The communication with the host was excellent. Beth was very responsive when we had an issue with the power going out due to a tree that had fallen somewhere in the area. She immediately contacted the power company and kept us informed until power was quickly restored. I would be happy to stay here again.
Peaceful, clean & relaxing. Kitchen has everything you will need. Lots of bedrooms with closets and bathrooms throughout. A wonderful mountain hideaway. We will be back!
I was very impressed with this property - we had 3 total properties rented for this week, and this was by far our favorite. Thank you for a great experience.

About the host
Hosted by Beth Courtney
We live in Nashville, 1.5 hours from the property. We bought the house, which was built in 2001, in 2005. We fell in love with the view and my husband attended the University of the South.
Why they chose this property
The view takes your breath away - it stunning every season and time of day - even when it rains and the clouds roll through. We are secluded on 6 wooded acres, but a 5 minute walk to the pool and tennis courts at Clifftops - which is like a natural park. Also, we are just 5 miles from the University of the South. The house is new and comfortable - it was designed for family gatherings with big porch, fireplace and open kitchen.
What makes this property unique
The house has four bedrooms, 3 which face the mountain. It has 2.5 baths - stereo system with built in speakers and two televisions. It is surrounded by the woods - has many walking trails in Clifftops, the community. Plus, there is a lake, pool, swing set, basketball and tennis in the community, which is gated.
