We always come to Panama beach Florida .. Try new places to stay The Resort was Very nice Lots of things to do The condo was very nice and clean I saw a bug or 2 Other than that it's well maintained upon leaving Who was greeted by pest control So they are addressing some of the problems definitely we'll rent again No complaints...

Great trip!

Overall it's a great place to stay. Kids had a great time and loved it. Although we did have a few unwanted guest. Found lots of coach roaches in the kitchen.

Customer service with Vacasa

We had an issue with our dryer and it ruined some clothes and Kesha with Vacasa was so kind to help us and they made things right for us and compensated us. I didn’t expect it, but blessed she did. The splash pad was under renovation and we were not told until the day before we checked in, and once again, Kesha was so kind about this and corrected it for us. The condo was spacious and clean! Beach toys for the children (if you forget toys). The sofa bed had a nice mattress that was comfortable and not your “ordinary” sofa bed mattress. The only thing I could recommend for this condo is plastic bowls and cups for those with young children. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a spectacular view!

Nice condo, lacking essential items.

The condo itself was pretty nice. It was fairly clean but in need of a good deep clean. Most lights didn't work and if they did they were extremely dim. Out of 4 remotes, 1 had batteries. While we were there for the beach, we still wanted to unwind with tv at night. We will return to splash resort again.

Great for families!

We haven’t taken a family vacation in years and this was an amazing place for us to get away to. There were plenty of cooking items and plates, cups, ect. We cooked almost every meal in the room-just make sure to bring food, seasonings ect. There was even a crockpot provided. We tried to use the grills but they were all not working or wouldn’t stay lit but that’s ok. We took 6 kids to the beach and had a blast! We washed clothes as needed that was a must with this many kids. The only thing I would say needed updating might be the mattresses because they were uncomfortable but overall we had a great stay and loved this room and Splash Resort itself!

Resort is Beautiful

Condo is beautiful…resort has anything you could want. Unfortunately this unit is infested with roaches. Not just one or two they were all over the kitchen and in the bathrooms. So disappointing because like I said the place is beautiful. Had to throw all our food away. As soon as the lights went off the roaches came out. Def need to take care of this problem. Interesting enough I asked other renters and they did not have any. If it weren’t for the roaches I would give this condo a 5 star!

Cockroaches

First off, this is a great condo with a good location and perfect size for our family. The balcony is amazing. After our first day, we started noticing a lot of roaches. During our stay, I killed 16. I contacted Vacasa on the morning of our second day being there. They responded that someone local would be following up. They followed up three days later, which just so happened to be the day before we checked out. Apparently this has been a problem with this particular unit. They were very apologetic and did refund some money but I’m still terrified I could have brought some home. Keep this in mind before renting.

Bugs

When we arrived the property was clean. good location and had an excellent layout. Unpacked went to bed. Woke up with bugs in the kitchen around refrigerator, sink and in dishwasher. Texted and told them about the problem and ask for a different place. Received a texted they would inform the owner/ management about the problem. Nobody came! Nobody called us about it, We purchased things to try and kill the bugs. We did not use the kitchen area. Had to eat out more than we wanted to. Disappointed!

Good

We stayed 6 nights! Overall good experience. Loved the corner condo. Lots of beach views. Big and roomy. Supplied some beach umbrellas and floats! Several lights out, shower light didn’t work. Not really clean in corners of the rooms. Showers had moldy corners. Needs new caulking. Lamp had a short in it. Remotes didn’t have backs and worked sometimes. Trash shoot right outside door so would have a slight smell. Had to sit all shower supplies in shower floor. Need new cookware. I would stay again but not for the rate they are charging.

One of the best we have stayed at in PCB

The ease of beach access and the enormous room an balcony was amazing. The condo was clean when we got there and the air conditioner will keep you cooler than cool! This place is amazing and we will try to get this same one each year from now on out!

Nice space

The room was laid out nicely. It does however need some work, in various areas. I liked that it had Roku in the living room. We loved the chairs on the balcony and how big it was since it was on the end.

Wonderful condo on the corner!

807E was really a great condo. It was spacious, had everything we needed (coffee maker is a k-cup brewer- no carafe just fyi), and was clean! The outside patio furniture was my favorite. Some of the lights were out and some switches didn’t seem to turn on anything but that was the only thing that was off. Our biggest complaint was with the guys who ran the beach service (chairs and umbrellas) and I say that here because we have no idea who to talk to about the issues- they were very rude and just did not care about their job. They gave our chairs that were reserved through our entire stay away every single day and said that we had to re-reserve them each morning (but not until day 2), but in the same breath said they had us down for specific chairs for the whole weekend. Then the chairs that they assigned to us, someone was always on them already so they clearly were not patrolling to make sure people were not double booked or using the wrong chairs (or using them without paying). They were just awful. Did nothing to rectify the situations, they could clearly care less. It was daily frustration on an otherwise wonderful stay.

Great condo! Will rent again.

This is our second stay in this condo. We love the spacious balcony, especially, the four captain's chairs and two tables. The condo is spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen. If you like firm beds, the beds are comfortable. The bunks are fun for the kiddos. The washer/dryer works great. Bring extra hangars or drying rack for wet clothes that cannot go in dryer.

Our first stay at splash resort

It was our first time at splash resort and it was amazing. Everyone was very nice. The building and pools were very clean. And its right on the ocean. We also didnt have to drive far to the store and there are so many restaurants just minutes away. We will definitely be going back.

Worth It for the Price

beautiful condo

Beautiful condo. Loved that chair was included and yall had extra umbrellas and such to use for our stay. The bathtub was great. There was not enough pillows or blankets however vacasa told us if we purchased some they would reimburse just didnt feel like shopping. Also wasnt enough towels, and the beds are really high up so my grandmother wasnt able to get in and out of the bed so she had to sleep on the very springy couch bed. Other then that we loved that we had everything we could need to live.

Great condo!

Enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I will say they could have had better blankets. Very nice condo. Had issues with the microwave not working and they sent up a temporary one until they could get the other one fixed. Will definitely come back, but stay longer next time!

Great except for lighting

I would give this place 5 stars if the lighting was better. That’s my only complaint. Obviously you can open the curtains to the balcony during the day for plenty of lighting but not at night.
