About this property

Cottage sleeps 4 (+2)

Comfortable villa located 500 meters from the sea, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one loft (double / twin); an open space living room / kitchen with sofa bed, equipped with crockery pots; bathroom with shower and washing machine.
At the entrance is a terrace with barbecue where you can dine while admiring a turquoise sea glimpse of Costa Rei. In the garden there is an outdoor shower.
On the back is a nice terrace where you can relax, a water tank and a tank for laundry.
The car park is home to a car.
Nearby, supermarket, newsagent, restaurant, hairdresser, bakery ...
Also present was a weekly street market on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Linen on request for a fee, € 15 per person.
Final cleaning 50 €.
Utilities included.

Vacanza rilassante

Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente spiagge e servizi. Purtroppo la mancanza dell'aria condizionata si è fatta sentire a causa del grande caldo e quindi sarebbe auspicabile venisse installata. Anche qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione andrebbe eseguito per migliorare la fruibilità dell'alloggio

Non adatta per una famiglia di 6 persone

La casa non era adatta ad accogliere 6 persone: erano presenti 6 posti letto ma un solo armadio e una rella. Gli armadietti della cucina erano maleodoranti di muffa ed erano presenti nella casa parecchie ragnatele già dal primo giorno. Presenti tre ventilatori ma assolutamente serve l'aria condizionata. Bella la veranda e il giardino.

A mio parere, chi arriva già mal predisposto in vacanza, forse dovrebbe rinunciare in partenza perché, inevitabilmente, troverà mille difetti e infiniti disagi! Spendendo cifre differenti, è possibile trovare soluzioni ben diverse da questa casa per le vacanze!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa villetta in 6 adulti + 3 componenti della famiglia a 4 zampe ... E' stata una vacanza perfetta di assoluto relax ,la casa e' situata in un Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia...... Magda ,la proprietaria, e' una persona molto gentile e sempre disponibile...!! Ci torneremo sicuramente...😉.!!

Prima volta nella Sardegna del sud.. ottima esperienza da ripetere. La casa è accogliente, pet friendly, la proprietaria e d il fratello estremamente disponibili e cordiali. Il mare a pochi passi fantastico!

Casa confortevole e assolutamente conforme all'annuncio!

Siamo stati ospiti in questo alloggio (due adulti e due bimbe) per 15 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza e la vista che si gode dalla veranda antistante è impagabile! Proprietaria disponibilissima e molto gentile! Speriamo di poterci tornare!
