Beautiful 2BR and 2 en-suite bathroom with Marina and Sunset views

Our Villa 336B is located in the quiet location on the North Finger of the beautiful Jolly Harbour Marina in Antigua, one of the best Yachting marinas in the Caribbean.

The property is set out over 2 floors. It has two bedrooms with an open floor plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and sliding doors leading onto a private balcony with excellent water views. For your entertainment there is a TV in the living area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two single beds with saparate bathrooms. There is a powder room on the ground floor. All villas have safety deposit boxes in which you can store your valuables.

The Villa is located within a gated commmunity with 24 hr security. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Commercial Centre and Marina, where there are an abundance of shops including; a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. From here you are also only a short stroll to the 18-hole golf course and the Jolly Harbour Sports centre & restaurant which offers a 25m swimming pool, tennis, squash and basketball courts.

wonderful view

Although there were some initial issues with the villa, the owner and the manager Roxann dealt with them immediately and professionally. Our stay there turned out to be a great experience!

Decent place

Pictures are accurate, price and property type was what we were looking for as we weren’t planning on being there often, if you aren’t renting a car and want to stay in the marina then renting a golf cart is ideal to get to the beach. A

Lovely Villa

A lovely, clean and well equipped house. There was no dishwasher, as advertised, but this did not bother us in the slightest. The kitchen was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The second bedroom could do with a bedside lamp of some kind. The villa would benefit from a gas BBQ/grill as charcoal was hard to come by and something to light it with even harder!We saw lots of fish and a couple of turtles from the decking area on the patio. Unfortunately there was a sewerage smell in the area, this was not specific to the villa and was not always noticeable. All that aside we had a lovely holiday and would stay here again.

17 great days in Antigua

Our villa was very well appointed,clean. Berrick was very good at getting back to me whenever I had some crazy question,we also rented a golf cart from him which was also very reliable. Never really had many problems and if we did the property manager was on site to help out. We were met the first day with a welcome basket which was very much enjoyed. There was a review before that did not deter us from renting this villa and we are glad we did everything he said was not true. Go and enjoy. Oh yea and by the way the clothes washer is a fantastic addition to this villa. All the best Fred and debbie Jones

Very rundown villa with poor local management

Villa on outside and quick view looked pretty spacious with good view of the harbor. The inside however looked very different. The villa is quite rundown and needs renovations/repairs. Kitchen has not been used for years probably - there is intense moldy odor inside all cupboards and cabinets which also covered all cups, forks and cutting board. We had to wash plates several times just to get the smell off. Exhaust fan in kitchen does not work; frying pan is completely deformed - we could not even fry eggs in the morning. Similarly many appliances in villa either did not work or had intense mold odor. The villa had WiFi router but it would stop working every 2-3 hours and needed to be rebooted all the time Shower heads covered in mold and rust, were barely working. Mosquitoes screens damaged in many areas and had several small holes. The management did not provide any garbage bags, washing liquid for kitchen, paper towels, sponge for washing dishes, etc.. for us staying 1 week we had to buy all of these in our 1st day. We rented villas many times before on different islands and in all of other places all these were provided, even in small quantities. Overall, this was very unpleasant and disappointing experience with the villa and the management company that "manages" it. Not worth the money at all! The owner was not helpful.

Felt like home

We stayed at Berrick's Villa the first 16 days of February 2017. The unit was very nicely furnished and decorated. With all newer furnishings. It was quite comfortable and we felt at home right away. Beautiful decks on both floors with a nice territorial view of the Jolly Harbor Bay. We felt we had a lot of room to move around in . This was our first trip to Antigua. From Washington State. We traveled by rental car all around the Island seeking out beaches and snorkeling spots. After touring the Island we think Jolly Harbor was by far and away the best Place for our stay. They have a small community feel with 3 local beaches. 1 which has a restaurant and beach bar. There is a very good grocery store And several fine restaurants in the Marina area so you don't have to go far for anything you may need.
