Our home is in a quiet SE neighborhood where we often see turkeys, deer and hawks. You'll have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 4th master bedroom is a private space on the lower level - provides excellent separation of space for groups.

THINGS TO CONSIDER:
-We recommend that you don't use the driveway as it is steep and may be difficult for some to maneuver. However, there is plenty of street parking which is really easier to use.

- There are steep stairs walking down to the front door. We created a gravel and paver path through the front yard. However, it is not ideal for those with mobility issues. Please look at the last few pictures to make sure you are okay with the pathway.
-We require a $500 security deposit, which is only charged in the event of excessive damage. Prior to your arrival, a temporary hold for the deposit amount will be placed on your card, but it will be released one day after check-out. Rest assured, we will discuss any potential damages with you before charging the deposit. Our credit card processor charges a 3% fee which is not reimbursed due to a cancellation.

PET INFORMATION:
Bring your best friend!
Two dogs are welcome! You will need to add your dog to your booking and our pet fee of $50 will reflect in your reservation.
We will provide a dog goodie box filled with towels, food and water bowl and waste bags.
A few guidelines: Please pick up after your dog, no pets on furniture and please do not leave your dog unattended as you will be responsible for any damage they may accidentally cause.

You will be able to check yourself in with a smart lock. The key code will be sent to you the day of check in.

We will provide you with complete privacy; however, if anything should come up reach out via messaging system and I will respond quickly.

Eugene or “Track Town USA” is known as a historic city with style and soul. We hope you fall in love with this unique city the way we did. You’ll find the best of the Pacific Northwest with live music, wineries and breweries, local cuisine, sports, and the great outdoors.

Our neighborhood is a couple minutes right up the hill from the Amazon neighborhood (known as one of Eugene’s best neighborhoods) with bike paths, mulched running trails, extensive open space, a swimming pool with water slides, local food and markets, and a dog park. You’ll notice as you leave Amazon and head up into the hills, heavily-treed lots and quiet, winding streets predominate, and deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. You'll see primarily two-story, 1970s-vintage homes the neighborhood.

What’s even better is that our location puts you in launching distance of Eugene’s own wine country. Some of America’s best vineyards and varietals can be found in the Willamette Valley. Cycling on the Lorane Highway to the north and east of here is excellent, and be sure to check out the Territorial Wine Trail.

Our house limit is 6 guests and we do charge an additional nightly fee over 6 people. Please make sure you have all guests included in your reservation to avoid any surprise fees. If you have more than 6 guests with out first clearing it with us, you may be charged our event fee of $150 an hour.

-RING CAMERA-
We have a ring camera set up to just see the driveway for safety and for us to keep an eye on the property when it is vacant. We purposely made sure it is no where near any hang out spots for guest privacy.
