The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk to the beach of Juan les Pins, within 15 minutes walk to either Juan les Pins centre or Golfe Juan centre and their wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops, including two supermarkets close by.

Everything you need , modern kitchen , clean and convenient.

My husband and our 20 year old daughter stayed this July in Domaine Juan Flore. Everything was perfect- the weather and the ease and convenience of getting to the pool , beach or nearby shops. The owners daughter lives nearby and helped us with any questions we had. There is car parking but it is easy to get around by bus if you prefer not to hire. I am sure we will return.

Fantastic Modern Apartment in Great Location

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing stay at this apartment. It is modern, spacious and well equipped throughout. It has two very spacious bedrooms which are very modernly furnished and very comfortable. The open-plan kitchen/living area is ideal for relaxing and the kitchen comes fitted to a high standard with almost new looking appliances which made holiday cooking much more enjoyable! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio which overlooks a lovely green garden area. You don't need to worry about towels or bedding as the owners provide plenty. The apartment is also exceptionally well located, with the beach, centre and transport links to the entire Cote d'Azur on your doorstep, perfect for combining some sight seeing with relaxing. The swimming pool is lovely and clean and perfect for chilling with a good holiday read! The owners have clearly gone to a lot of trouble to ensure their guests have a great stay, we particularly appreciated the local information and recommendations of places to visit, supermarkets etc. The English Tv channels and speedy Wifi were also an unexpected but welcome bonus to this great place! Thank you to the Owners for ensuring our trip to Juan les Pins was unforgettable and we are already looking forward to returning to this apartment next year! Anna&Michael

Spectacular Property for exploring the beautiful Cote d’Azur

A delightful apartment in a lovely & quiet garden domaine/community. Perfect for my husband and I who stayed for a week with our two young adult children. It was a convenient base for visiting the area, providing us easy access to the sandy beach and pool without the use of a car, The apartment had all that we needed and was conveniently well equipped (thank you Una for the wine and beer!). Whether we were enjoying a lazy breakfast on the terrace or running off to catch a train to one of the local towns, this home away from home made our first stay in Cote d’Azur extra special. Make sure you walk to the center of town to discover the Juan Le Pins night life. Thank you!

Klein aber fein!

Wir verbrachten 4 Tage zu 5 Personnen (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) in dem schönen Appartement. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und auch Gewürze sind schon vor Ort. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schöne kleine Terrasse mit Esstisch, Grill und kleiner Wiese. Der schöne Strand von Juan les Pins ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Bäcker und andere Läden sind auch nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Appartement in Toplage. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder.

Lovely apartment and area for a family vacation!

We rented the apt for 7 nights, 3 adults and one child (4 years), and found both the apt and the place lovely! The perfect area for a family holiday with kids. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed vacation. It was very nice to make dinner in the apt with both barbeque and regular cooking opportunities, and there were a lot of spices and other basis ingrediences for us to use in the kitchen. And the hosts were so kind to place some extra juice, water and wine in the fridge for us when we arrived! Both bedrooms had air condition which was lovely in the summer heat at night. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool which was perfect for both adults and kids, and the public beach which was just a short 5 min walk from the apt. Thanks for a great stay!!

Fantastic location, property is well equipped and great to have parking.

When we landed, Dee kindly gave us directions then met us at the property to give us the keys. She was great with explaining where everything was and also advising us where was good to eat. The apartment was great for us with a 7yr old and a 1yr old, travel cot and high chair provided and it's only a short distance to the beach which was perfect for the children to play and swim. Another 10 min walk along and you have a great selection of restaurants/bars/cafes, some on the beach itself which we loved. We would definitely return and highly recommend this to anyone. A big thank you to Dee for all her help.

Superb one week stay in a gem of a resort

Just back after a super 1 week stay in Juan Flore. Highly recommend both the resort and the property. Owners are one of the best we have dealt with for responsiveness and the apartment is very well equipped with some nice personal touches from the owners. Some great places to eat both within walking distance of the apartment and in the town centre. Also great that basic necessities can be obtained at a good supermarket within walking distance of the apartment Lastly a great beach, clean, and no claustrophobic feeling of being hemmed in by sunbathers , long thin strip meant everyone could enjoy a place on the beach and easily gain access to the sea without zigzagging a path around the masses! Certainly a holiday that myself, husband and teenage boys want to repeat

Great facilities in a wonderful location

Lovely garden to relax in after visiting the nearby beach. Air conditioning in both bedrooms so no problem with the hot weather. An easy, short (10 minutes) walk into Juan les Pins centre which is really child friendly with many great restaurants to choose from. There is a grocery store nearby if you want to stay in. The apartment has everything you need and all good quality, and the owners are responsive and great to deal with. Very secure environment. I'd certainly recommend the apartment if you are looking to visit the South of France.

The perfect holiday accommodation

We spent a wonderfully relaxing week in Una's and John's very clean and comfortable apartment. First of all it is very conveniently situated in a beautiful residence/complex with a lovely pool and a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is close to two supermarkets, two bakeries, as well as smaller grocery stores that sell locally produced food. Last but not least, there is a delicious restaurant close by called Côté Jardin. The flat is also very close to three buses one taking you to the centre of Juan les Pins and to Antibes, one going the other direction to Golfe Juan and the third stopping by on its route from Cannes to Nice. You can also walk to the centre of Juan les Pins very easily in about 15 min. I would recommend going there often to sample the ice creams of Xavier Recroix on the Boulevard President Wilson. Una and John are very friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back as it is the perfect holiday spot, comfortable, quiet and relaxing but with everything you need close at hand.

Gorgeous apartment by the sunny seaside

We are recently back from a wonderful stay in this delightful and well-equipped apartment. We are a husband and wife who travelled with our two young children (aged 3 and 5) and their auntie (aged 21) and there was space for us all. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were delighted to find some drinks, wine, bread cheese and basic groceries generously left for us by the owner. The apartment was also beautifully clean and the complex quiet. It was very hot when we were there so the air conditioning in the bedrooms was really appreciated. The deck chairs and parasol for the beach and trolley bag for bringing your shopping from the nearby supermarket were very helpful touches. There were even some buckets and spades which the children loved bringing to the beach. As we were there when the European Football Championships were on, we were very happy to be able to watch the games on the cable tv. Our kids also enjoyed watching netflix on the tablet we brought - the wifi was even better than we have at home! When the beach got too hot - you could sit in the shade under the awning in the back garden or have a nap on one of the sun loungers. There is also a selection of novels left in the TV unit for you to read. We used the outdoor pool in the complex most days - it is very safe for children as it very gradually gets deeper and also has a separate small baby pool. There are lots of water activities to take part in along the beach - we enjoyed waterskiing and paddleboarding. We visited a couple of the restaurants recommended by the owner - la voile blanche and Bijou Plage - they are both beautifully set where you can eat right by the sea and la voile blanche had especially excellently cooked food. We also enjoyed some good pizza from Mr. Pizza and could really recommend the bread and cakes from L.A. Boulangerie and the roast chicken from the chicken hut - all of which are at the top of the lane. We cooked in the apartment most days and used the outdoor grill for some barbeques. The proximity of the apartment to the beach, juan les pins and golfe juan, coupled with the facilities available, make this apartment hard to beat. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks!

First rate, we would thoroughly recommend

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. My daughter and I stayed here last week and were delighted with our choice. We were made so welcome by the owner’s daughter - who had left a few basics in the fridge and a bottle of wine on the dining table - and the apartment is first rate; clean, modern, comfortable, everything you could need. The kitchen is modern, clean and well equipped. The garden and patio area provide an ideal space to relax in the evenings and the grounds are well kept. It is ideally situated - five minutes’ walk from the beach and so convenient to drive to Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Cannes. We had a marvellous week and would have no hesitation in returning, and recommending the apartment to friends and family.

An ideal holiday spot

The four of us can thoroughly recommend this property as an ideal place from which to enjoy the Côte d'Azur. The apartment enjoys the safety of being within a larger complex; it also provides access to a shared swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed by the time of our visit but we were able to walk within 5 or 6 minutes to a lovely little beach. The property is within an easy walk of Juan-les-pins and to the railway station with trains that run the length of the coastline and up to Grasse. There are also very pleasant walks to be enjoyed along the coast. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, with a very well-equipped and up-to-date kitchen. There is no shortage of towels and plenty of bed linen. A small enclosed garden complete with electric barbecue allows guests to enjoy relaxing in the evening sun. English television channels, a DVD player and good wifi are further advantages. The owners are extremely helpful : we enjoyed a very generous starter pack of food and drink and, for a little extra, transport to and from the airport by the owner's daughter who lives nearby. Booking was also easy and straightforward with prompt responses.

Wonderful apartment in great location

This was our second holiday in Domaine Juan Flore, but the first in this particular apartment. We have chosen this domaine because of its location in close proximity to the beach, additionally there is a wonderful pool area and the domaine and grounds are very well maintained and relatively new. The domaine has a fairly quiet location and is still close to the airport, Antibes, Nice and the pittoresque villages in the hills behind Côte d'Azur, fx Vence, Tourettes sur Loup and St. Paul. The apartment has a good location in the complex with both shade and sun in the outdoor areas and was wonderful, spacious, modern and well equipped. We were 2 adults and a child and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The communication with the owners has been flawless and their daughter is the local contact and lives close to the apartment and that made everything much easier for us and is a big plus. The apartment complex has a built in cooling system, that should provide some cooling from the outside temperature but we visited the apartment at very, very hot time in July, so it wasn't quite enough. The owners luckily provided 3 fans, which helped a bit, but an AC would make this apartment perfect. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and hope to visit soon again, hopefully next year. Great apartment in a perfect location!!

Perfect place to relax, enjoy Juan les Pains and explore the surrounding area. Very well equipped, incl beach chairs/umbrella and an esky which came in handy for beach picnics. Lovely patio/garden area and enough space in the apartment for 2 couples. We had some hot weather (even by Australian standards). There are roller blinds and fans in every room which made it comfortable between trips to the beach and pool. A great place, friendly hosts, will definitely be recommending and hopefully returning! Thanks again for a great holiday :)

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and everything was quite new. The pool was big and there werenˋt too many people in June. It took only two minutes to get to the beach and fifteen minutes to centre of Juan les Pins. Bathroom, kitchen, beds etc. were in a good condition. The owner was very kind and helpful! We really enjoyed our time there!! I recomend this apartment to everyone who likes peace, quiet, cleanness, swimming, sunbathing and friendly service.The only negative thing was air conditioning. The apartment was quite hot especially at nights (and it was June... I believe July and August are much hotter).

Superb apartment in fantastic location!

We (myself, husband and 4 year old) stayed at this apartment for 10 days. The pictures and description on here match the apartment exactly. You can get the express bus 250 from the airport to Juan Les Pins and get off at Eucalyptus and it is 10 min walk to the apartment. It is well located, very close to beach, restaurants and shops, beautifully decorated, modern, lots of storage with more than enough towels, beach towels, bed linen etc. The shutters on windows and patio doors mean you can manage to get a lie-in and avoid getting up at sunrise. Kitchen includes the essentials like oil, vinegar, washing up liquid etc. Property was very clean and well maintained with many items being brand new and of high quality. Was lovely to eat outside each day on the patio which also has an electric shade over it. The layout of the apartment is great as children can go to bed and are not disturbed by any noise from lounge. Although the pool was not open during our stay (it opens end of May), it was a great time to stay. Beach was not too busy, all the beach restaurants were open, train to Cannes was only 10 minutes and there was such a buzz as it was getting ready for the film festival. Monaco was 50 minute train journey and it was getting ready for the Grand Prix the following weekend. We were able to walk down the road with the starting grid laid out. Lots of super yachts in both places to see. Fantastic service from owner. Very friendly and prompt in replying to requests - nothing was too much trouble. Many personal requests can be arranged. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and can't wait to visit again soon!! Claire, Gary and Finn
