It is equipped with high-speed wifi (fiber), cable TV (160 channels), Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, 2 ovens, induction hob, ...) complete the set. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The apartment has a small garage in the basement for a car of average length (a VW Passat just fits with a lot of effort) and not too low (a Hyundai i20 has had problems recently). You also need to be comfortable in a cramped manoeuvring space. There are also 3 parking lots (with a charge in Summer, free the rest of the year) within a 5-minute walk. Electric recharge stations are available at the Ponteil Parking lot, 200m from the apartment.
