Come and discover the best of both worlds in this beautifully restored, open, and airy villa. This charming villa, was completely updated and improved in March of 2017. It is located just 100 yards from one of the most gorgeous spots in St. Augustine Beach.

Enter through an elevator lobby which is shared with the 3rd floor unit and take the elevator to your 2nd floor oasis. Opening up to your private, cheerful and well equipped lobby, you will find ample space for storage of your bikes, golf clubs and sports equipment. From your private lobby you will enter Ocean Song Villa which features a large open floor plan with Brazilian cherry floors leading to three bedrooms and the laundry room. It will comfortably sleep six.

The King Master Bedroom has a graceful, inviting, urban cottage style and features a 39” LED, cable connected TV and a cozy reading spot. The ensuite bathroom features a large, jetted soaking tub with an adjacent glass-walled shower.

The Guest Bedroom is a bright, cheery room featuring a brand new queen mattress and bedding, and a 24” LED Smart HDTV, ready for you to connect your Netflix account.

The fresh, charming Office/Guest Bedroom, located off of the living room, is an extension of your living space or, close the double doors, and create a cozy, private bedroom. It is equipped with a daybed/trundle combination which can be used as 2 single beds, or pop up the trundle to create a king bed. All new mattresses and bedding to accommodate both the singles and the king bed. This room also features a flip down desk, creating an efficient and pleasant office space.

Both the Guest Room and the Office/Guest Bedroom share an attached full bathroom.

The open floor plan of Ocean Song Villa is fresh, charming, and inviting, featuring a table accommodating 8, and a comfortable living room with an urban cottage style. The 44” HDTV is both cable connected and Netflix ready. The well-appointed kitchen features everything you will need to entertain. A half bath is located off of the living space.

Wander a 100 yards down a tree lined street and you will discover one of the most beautiful spots in St. Augustine Beach or enjoy the private (shared with only 1 other unit), walled pool and heated spa along with a patio and entertaining area. Live music from down the street serenades you at night and more great local restaurants are within walking distance. The pier is less than a mile away. And, of course, beautiful, historic St. Augustine, and all that it has to offer, are just 6 miles and 10 minutes away.

Our growing family is from Westminster, MD. We started coming to St. Augustine in 2008, when our oldest son began attending Flagler College, in the heart of St. Augustine. We fell in love with both the beach and the city. Early on, we started renting this villa, and have spent such wonderful times in this home. Over the past 8 years, it has become a special part of our family history. It was with such joy that we were able to purchase it when it came up for sale in the winter of 2016.

My hope is that it will feel like home to you and become a part of your family history.

Beautiful beach condo-- Walk to beach and restaurants!

Our family has stayed here many times and LOVE it! Great location! Condo above office space and when that elevator opens, you are in a beautiful, beach-themed, roomy condo with all the comforts of home! We especially love the large living room with lots of seating for family talks, games or movies. Have had many over for dinner here...accommodates lots! Short walk to the beach, Mango-Mango is right next door and there's a great taco place across the street. Pool is great for after beach with the kids. Host is extremely responsive, but most needs are already available. Well-appointed and relaxing. Recommend!
