This property is beautifully maintained and extremely tidy! We absolutely enjoyed our time in this two bedroom unit. The water in the ocean was literally a 3 minute walk from the front door. Overall, the unit is thoughtfully appointed and we look forward to staying again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in St. Augustine from Sep.12th-19th, 2026, and honestly it could not have gone any better!From the very beginning, our host Robb, was fantastic. He was easy to communicate with before our trip, always quick to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He even offered to let us check in early if the rental was ready, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, between our flight landing, collecting all of our luggage, and picking up our rental car, we weren't able to take advantage of early check-in, but it was such a thoughtful offer!The rental was absolutely magnificent. The location was perfect-right on the beach-and being on the first level made getting to the pool and beach incredibly easy and convenient. The condo was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have wanted for a relaxing vacation.We also loved how convenient the location was to restaurants and everything else we wanted to enjoy in St. Augustine. We specifically came down from Pennsylvania for a concert at The Amp to see Steve Winwood and John Fogerty. and having such a wonderful place to stay made the whole trip even more special. The concert was fantastic, and the entire vacation was truly one of the best we've ever had!Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thank you so much!

Beach stay

We loved the location and access to the heated pool. There were several restaurants within walking distance of the rental. The property also had some items to use at the beach such as beach towels, a cooler, chairs, and boogie boards. The property was comfortable and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!

The property is right on the beach and easy access to downtown St Augustine. The condo itself is updated and nice. We would certainly stay again.

Wonderful place to stay in a great location

The property was very clean and just as advertised. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants, and only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. The beach chairs and towels were a nice added touch. Island donuts is just around the corner and great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the beach.

This condo was beautiful, just as shown in the pictures and the location was perfect - steps from the beach! The property owners were very responsive and helpful and that made our stay even better. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we’re town.

Beach location and heated pool

Apartment had everything we needed, including washer and dryer and even beach towels. Very convenient to walk out to the pool entrance right from the patio. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and short walk to the pier playground/spray ground via the beach. Several restaurants and a convenience store also in walking distance.
