Guests staying in this home's upper level are welcomed with a jewel-toned ocean view, lots of natural light, and soft, neutral decor elements. The open layout seamlessly connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. Professionally decorated interiors create a warm and inviting ambiance and set the stage for a relaxing getaway. The living room's plush furnishings make the perfect place to sink down in front of the mounted flat-screen television. Bright white cabinets and a white tile backsplash amplify the natural light in the gorgeous kitchen. The chefs in your group will undoubtedly love preparing fresh, coastal meals in this space, which offers top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a beautiful farmhouse sink, and lots of countertop space. Great location

Great location, private beach was a plus, upper unit was not hard to access if you can do stairs. Parking under the units were easy. We fit two mid size suvs fine. 360 does a great job with communication. Coffee from yolo was a plus. 360 did a great job of welcoming us to the property. Rooms were nicely furnished and plenty of room for all of us to space out.

We Had A Great Time!

The location was great and the beach was lovely. You weren't far for Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary. I would like to go back again in the summer, so my family and I can enjoy the water more.

Great condo!

We stay in the top portion of the house. It was clean and comfortable. Just beware it’s a lot of stairs. I don’t recommend for anyone not able to climb several flights. Kids LOVED the loft area.

Wonderful property! Upscale and newly renovated. Perfect view from the balcony and the master. Couldn't have asked for a better location. We didn't want to leave! We met the owners and they could not have been nicer! Hope to stay at Our Southern Charm again!

Beach paradise

Great upper unit of a fabulous beach house right on the beach. Unit slightly smaller than how it looked in the pictures but amazing view, access to the beach and location on 30a. Could have used better pans since we did a lot of cooking but great fridge, ice maker and pantry space. Would recommend and book again ourselves. ❤️

Feedback On Southern Charm

Great property, great view of Gulf. Would recommend TV instructions as we had a difficult time getting it to work...we are the over 65 years old crowd.. The website mentions that we were renting Upper Level. However, I would suggest more details on the number of stairs required to access unit and the beach. Keeping in mind we are over 65 plus.

Not what expected

Didn’t realize it was basically the top floor of a house. Nice space, enough beds, cool loft, but unloading and loading with a lot of stairs. No shade on back deck, so really wasn’t able to sit on deck as it was blistering hot.

Know before you book.

To statt my review, I just want to say that I’m disappointed with the way 360Blue rental co. misleads us in the Listing description! IWe have been renting on 30-A for 20 years. My family of 4 and my sister’s family of 4 stayed here for the first time. ***Beautiful decor and view. Some things you should know before you book: 1) There are some 360Blue non-refundable fees if you cancel outside of your 60 days! It’s says 100% refundable, but that’s not true!! Charges over $300 to cancel. So disappointed. They say it’s in the fine print in the contract! 😡 2) This “house” is a UNIT on the 3rd floor of the house. They say “upper floor” in the description, but they are not specific that you are actually renting just 1 unit of the house. So if you have lots of stuff, get ready to haul everything to the top floor. 3) There is no beach access from the house on the ground floor. You must take all your beach gear up 3floors, through the house, out the back door/deck and then down the back stairs to the beach. 4) In order to get to the beach from the top floor, you have to go down the back stairs and pass the porch below full of renters. The bottom unit does not have privacy on their porch. 5) The shower sprayer on the deck needs repair- water sprays everyone at the connection.. 6) The chair setup was nice! The beach is very crowded, so it was nice to have a spot saved. The umbrella will have “Southern Charm” on it so you know which set up is yours. 7) The 2nd floor (loft) of this unit is accessible by a steep ladder. Don’t expect adults to go up and down. The teenagers had to be very carefull! The loft has 4 beds on the floor, a full bath and a tv. Very nice space. It is open to the den/kitchen below. 8) Parking- each UNIT has 2 spaces in front of each other under the house. Tight. So, for 10 people per ynit, hope you only have 2 cars. 9) The grill is fairly new and useable. 10) The deck has 3 rocking chairs for 10 people. Can’t add many more because the deck is small. 11) A nice perk - there is an ice machine! I’m not a negative person, and I tried to let the issues “go”, but I feel it was only fair to let others know these things before they rent from 360Blue.

Our family enjoyed the views and the coziness of this home. We also took advantage of having the bikes to ride around Seagrove. You do hear the people in the lower unit when they walk around.

Our Valentines Day weekend getaway at Our Southern Charm was amazing! The upper level was beautiful, very comfortable, and quiet. The views and beach was breathtaking. We have rented through 360 Blue before and as usual, they were attentive, informative, and easy to work with in the rental process. Can’t wait to visit 30A again!

This was a lovely renovated home right on the beach! We definitely enjoyed our girls' trip. There were just a couple things that made me rate it under 5 stars. The loft area upstairs is great, but it was really difficult getting up and down the ladder. There really should be some sort of railing for safety purposes. It was also really difficult getting luggage up and down from the loft. Also, the only way to get out to the beach is to go from our back deck. So, we had to carry beach chairs all the way upstairs and through the house to then go down all the back steps to get to the beach. Seems like there should also be a gate or something to get to the beach from the parking area. Other than those couple issues, the house was very nice and we had a wonderful relaxing weekend!
