This is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool, 24/7 security, parking space, and it belongs to a sought after gated community, on arguably one of the best spots on the island.
The master bedroom is very large with a double bed and has its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom is also spacious with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sun terrace on the first floor to where all guests have shared access. There are 2 shower rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
The ground floor living space is large and open plan, with a dining room table and chairs for 6 people and the lounge area has 2 2-seater sofas and a 3-seater sofa, with a smart TV and a sound system. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything required for cooking for large groups plus there is a laundry room.
This property has air conditioning throughout while outdoor living is also catered for, as there are sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for 8 people.
The private grounds included are stunning - palm trees and flowers - and this property can easily accommodate party gatherings of up to 70 people though please be aware there are noise restrictions after 10pm.
