この美しい新しいアパートは、カンナレージョの典型的なヴェネツィア地区にあり、ヴェネツィアサンタルチア駅から徒歩5分という戦略的な位置にあります。

Great location, great place, not so great wifi

We loved the location and proximity to all of Venice and in particular the train station. Access to all of Venice was easy and great. Had issues with wifi entire stay though and no response from host when left on VRBO messages. Difficult to connect with family without wifi

Poor product management

unpredictable lodging experiences at high prices. starting with the master bedroom upstairs, the bed was so hard on the sides and it sank in the middle. We had to take the mattress out of their bottom closet and put it on top of that mattress just to get two nights somewhat restful sleep .we arrived the TV remote had no batteries so we had to waste part of our vacation time for batteries and then the TV had problems which was going to swap out using more of our time to fix a problem that should’ve been dealt with before we got there !! . ! In the kitchen, there was no pairing knife, no frying pan and two pots completely burnt on the bottom . I asked if they had a smart TV with YouTube which most hosts provide. Her answer to that question was her guests have never requested that because they got out at night which struck me as odd since it was boiling hot in the afternoon when most people close everything up and reopen at night so here you are sitting in a place for hours with nothing to watch?. also, there were little bugs and ants on the first level we constantly were killing..

Italy trip

Good location, close to most things but quiet. Very good if you are traveling by train. Easy to coordinate with owner and they were right on time to meet us and let us in.

Very comfortable apt

The apartment is over a wooden bridge quite near the Ferrovia station (and vaporetto). It is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is nice feel to the bedroom as it is all done in wood. It is near 2 wonderful Venetian restaurants, Tre Archi and Casa Bonita. If you are tall, you will need to watch your head upstairs. There is plenty of room to stand up there but there are also beams. My only criticism would be the lack of lighting. E.g. there is no light in the sink area which makes washing dishes difficult. The lack of light makes cooking a little challenging. It was mushroom season so we cooked a lot of them for breakast each day. The toaster is great. I wish I had one!

Quiet, comfortable, great location

Quiet, comfortable, great location Beautifully appointed, comfortable, sparkling clean, a quiet oasis a five minute walk from the hub of Venice. The hosts were gracious and generous with information and their time. Everything worked well. Having this quiet, lovely spot gave us a place to recover from the crowds and noise of Venice.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini) per tre giorni e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento spazioso, accogliente e funzionale, oltre che pulito. Buona anche l'ubicazione vicino alla stazione S. Lucia e al ponte dei Scalzi, ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima la gestione, sia nella parte organizzativa precedente all'arrivo, sia nell'accoglienza in loco. La cordialità e la gentilezza del proprietario hanno contribuito a rendere gradevole il nostro soggiorno.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

For our recent trip to Venice I must have looked at hundreds of apartments and hotel rooms before deciding on this one. From the initial contact I had with Georgia right up until us leaving everything was perfect. Firstly I will start by telling you about the location and the ease of finding the apartment on a cold Venice evening. Located roughly about 10 minute walk over constitution bridge where the bus drops you from the airport the directions we received were spot on. Once inside the apartment everything was splendid and above all spotless. The owners had thought of everything, from the mens/womens sunhats to the shopping trolley for your visit to the local supermarket to save your arms from breaking. Full equipt kitchen area with breakfast bar to even providing cooking basics like, oil, salt etc...even the bathroom came with toothpaste and shampoo. The main bedroom upstairs had fitted cupboards, one of which hid the TV when not in use. WiFi was also included, password free which was very useful. Superbly based in a quite are of Venice just a short 20 minute saunter to San Marco or Rialto Bridge its like an oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city. In a word, I would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you to our host Georgia we hope to visit you again real soon
