Cozy, spacious studio (~500 sq. f.) with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and large, private, grassy fully fenced private patio

The studio has separate entrance but is part of 3BR/3BA house that is also available for long-term rent (>30 days)

Wheelchair accessible.

Pets welcomed with $20 cleaning fee.

Please don't smoke in the patio, my neighbors are sensitive. If you must , please smoke on the street.

Strict quiet hour between 10 am and 7 am.

Please park on the off-street spot left of the driveway

Nice place to stay and rest for the night.

This was the perfect place to spend the night with our dogs on our way from phoenix to portland. The secure enclosed backyard was exactly what we were looking for. Self check-in / check-out was a breeze. Thanks!

Small but perfectly formed

I was very impressed with this place. I wish I'd seen the bathroom back when I was thinking about remodeling my house so that I could have copied it. There was a minor issue with the microwave, but the owner and his partner were very responsive and helpful.
