Welcome to your perfect Sacramento retreat! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it features a large backyard, modern amenities, and proximity to major shopping centers all within 10
minutes. Enjoy comfort and convenience with fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi and local parks for outdoor fun. Ideal for families or groups. Book your stay today and making this charming home your next getaway!

The Space Features:
1) Key less entry: Access with a door code upon arrival.
2) Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected throughout your stay.
3) Climate control: Central AC and heating with EcoBee thermostat.
4) Bedrooms: one king bed, two queen beds with memory foam mattresses, plus a sofa bed that converts into a queen sized bed.
5) Kitchen: Fully equipped with coffee maker, K-cup machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and essential pantry items including oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, creamer and K-cups.
6) Bathroom: Features a bathtub, stand in shower, vanity, hair dryer, hand soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner.
7) Laundry room: Includes an LG washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry basket and detergent.
8) Parking: Two driveway spaces plus ample free street parking.

A door code will be sent to you 24 hours before your check in time. This code will be valid for the duration of your stay and will expire upon checkout.

You have full access to the main house and the backyard. You may also use the driveway for parking. Please note that the garage access is not included.

Comfortable home in quiet location

This was a great stay overall! The property was clean in good condition. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities in the home (kitchen, bath, laundry) provided very well for our group of 6 adults. The quality of the products used were very good. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The house was exactly as listed. Near the airport and very quiet. Mandeep was responsive to all communication. We would stay again.

Summer getaway in Regency Park

We had a very enjoyable stay at this cozy single family home in the fantastic Regency Park neighborhood. The home was clean and spacious. The neighborhood has a great park and is very convenient to get to from the airport and the highways (5 & 99). The property manager was very attentive and helpful. This is our second time renting this home and we will likely try to rent it again.

Clean with no extras bare minimum

Everything was very clean. Good quiet neighborhood. I rated 4 stars for the stay just because it was not a home away from feeling. I expected more. This was not like other houses we have stayed in before, where there has always been something left from previous renters. This was bare minimum. Fridge 100% empty. Cabinets 100% empty other than 2 pots, 2 pans, utensils, plates, cups, oil, salt and pepper. No scissors or spatula. It was like a first night stay in a place you just bought. We planned this trip for family time. Yet there were not family games (I know it was not listed that there would be any but I had hoped there would be something… no cards, dominos or Yahtzee). It’s pictured with a fire pit out back but it was not there. That’s actually why we chose this rental over another one. We were looking forward to hanging out around the fire. The middle bedroom also had a closet that was locked so we had no where to put our things. There are only small side tables in all the rooms no dressers. We had to keep it all in the suitcase on the floor. No tvs in any of the rooms either. No BBQ which was also very disappointing for us. The weather was perfect for some family time outback and it did not happen. My son came to stay with us for one night and there were no extra blankets for the pull out couch either. It’s upon request only but I didn’t want to call the host at midnight when he arrived. There were bugs and ants in the living room and kitchen with traps here and there.

Had a great time! Spacious kitchen and bedrooms, my only note is that I wish there were more extra blankets/sheets for the pullout bed in the living room. Host was great and timely with responses!
