Apartment on the 8th floor, Cap Neige residence

This apartment, L'Ours Blanc, is ideally located in the Festival area, halfway between the main shops, restaurants and ski schools in the center of the resort and the Falaise area and has direct access to the slopes.
Classified 3 stars in furnished tourism, it is elegantly furnished and decorated in a Scandinavian style to offer you a soft and serene atmosphere during your family or friendly stay. Comfortable, quiet and facing south, it enjoys breathtaking views of the mountains and the resort due to its location (see site Les Ours d 'Avoriaz). You will appreciate the festive events offered by the resort from the balcony or the apartment such as the Christmas parade or the fireworks displays!

Rental 7 days minimum and from Saturday to Saturday only. Ideal for a couple with two children or for two couples (maximum 4 adults).

We send our vacationers a seasonal rental agreement (in French or English) indicating the rental conditions that must be returned to us initialed and signed under penalty of cancellation. Key handover and return is at the Conciergerie located close to the parking lots. We love animals, but we cannot accept them in order to avoid any risk of damage, allergies or noise. As the apartment is non-smoking, ashtrays are available for smoking on the balcony.

Location parfaite

L’appartement est situé très proche du centre, localisation au top. Ski au pied. Très bien équipé et décoré, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour que vos vacances se passent bien. Propreté impeccable et entretien suivi de l’ensemble. Pour couronner le tout, très bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont très prévenants, et bienveillants avec leurs locataires. Fantastic Stay

This is our second stay in the apartment and was as good as we remember from the first time. The apartment is really well equipped and a perfect location for our ski holiday. Delphine & Charles dealt with all our queries promptly and we may well be back next year……

Excellent séjour à Avoriaz

Appartement très bien équipé, charmant et très bien situé avec une vue magnifique. Les jeux et livres pour enfants ont été très appréciés ainsi que la petite attention à l'arrivée. La communication avec les propriétaires a été facile et agréable. La machine à laver le linge est un plus surtout en présence d'enfants. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Derniere semaine de la saison à avoriaz

appartement bien placé, tres très bien équipé (il ne manque rien si ce n'est un micro onde ), propre, fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un super sejour dans ce bel appartement. Si nous revenons à avoriaz, nous essayerons de le relouer à coup sûr.

Déjà quelques jours avant votre séjour,le propriétaire très attentif vous fait parvenir une note détaillée vous expliquant comment accéder à station et à l’appartement . Dès votre arrivée dans l’appartement ,vous êtes accueillis par une bouteille de vin et on oublie pas la confiture aussi. De l’espace vie ou de la chambre,vous avez une vue magnifique sur les pistes et les montagnes. Apparemment très bien équipé et très propre,rien a dire,le stil cosi c’est super( très bonne goût.) Je recommande avec tout confiance pour tout monde. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Appartement au top et en plein centre de la station.

L'appartement est très bien situé (ski aux pieds en bas de l'immeuble) et parfaitement équipé. Très fonctionnel il est parfait pour un séjour à 4 ou 5 (2 adultes, 3 enfants). Vous y trouverez une cuisine ou il ne manque rien ! a vous les soirées raclettes :-) Les enfants ne sont pas non plus oubliés: BD et jeux de société au rendez-vous. Réservez les yeux fermés !

Fantastic modern property. Extremely well furnished with amazing views.

Our family of 4 stayed in February half term 2019. The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries prior to booking, and dealt with one small issue whilst we were there immediately. The apartment is finished to a high standard. It has excellent quality kitchen equipment, the shower is great and the washer/dryer was extremely useful. The kids loved the bunkbeds, and the fact that there are a number USB charger points! Located on the 8th floor with a small balcony, the apartment is perfectly located at the top of the high street close to bars and restaurants, and a short walk up to the ESF Ski school, but you can ski right back to the door. The views of the slopes are great, and even better at night. Would highly recommend this apartment and its hosts. We loved it! Thanks very much!!

L'appartement est une très belle location. Nous y avons passé de bons moments dans un cadre exceptionnel. Plein Sud l'appartement est lumineux, mon épouse qui ne ski pas à très appréciée l'équipement ULTRA complet du logement, la qualité de finitions du bien. Sans compter sur les attentions particulières d'accueil avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Mille mercis.

Cosy et contemporain

Nous avons séjourné en été dans cet appartement entièrement neuf et de qualité . On a senti une vraie attention des propriétaires dans les moindres détails. La vue est panoramique. Bref, rando et repos dans un nid deco qui change des classiques meubles de Savoie. Merci à Charly et Delphine !
