Villa Colle is the perfect holiday house for families. It is situated in the north of Sardinia in the small town of Nulvi.
The interior is nicely decorated and furnished and is composed of large sitting, fully equipped kitchen, main bedroom and large second bedroom (also with two single beds), bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the exterior apart from the big garden, there are also a fenced private swimming pool (10X5 meters) only for the guest of the Villa Colle. The whole property is only for the guest have private area of 5000 meters squares with little vineyard, orchard and also an olive grove. There is an private parking place.

Cudowne wakacje

W tym wakacyjnym domu czuliśmy się jak w raju. Było czyściutko. Mieliśmy tam wszelkie udogodnienia: zmywarka, pralka, 2 lodówki, ekspres do kawy, toster, blender,,naczynia i sprzęty pod dostatkiem. Rita i hej tata Roger są ludźmi o wielkim sercu. Przywitalu nas obfitym poczęstunkiem z lokalnych produktów i wciąż pytali czy czegoś nam nie brakuje. Dom i teren wokół dostosowaney jest dla dziecii i wyposażony w ogromną ilość sprzętów i zabawek: boisko bramki i piłki do gry w piłkę nożną, koszykówkę, rowerek, hulajnogę, huśtawki, samochodziki, paletki i piłki so przeróżnych gier, tenis stołowy, piłkarzyki w domu. Basen przecudny, codziennie o poranku czyszczony przez Rogera. Idealny dla maluszków jak i dorosłych. Gorący prysznic na zewnątrz! Obok basenu małe zoo ze zwierzątkami, które uwielbiał odwiedzać co dzień nasz 3 letni Jaś, biorąc jajeczka od kur na śniadanko. Było nam tam jak w raju. Na pewno powrócimy. Dziękujemy z całego serca Rita i Roger🥰

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für Familien

Wir hatten zehn Tage lang einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus mit unseren drei Kindern {5, 9 und 14 Jahre alt}. Rita und ihr Vater waren sehr nett, haben uns mit typisch italienischen Leckereien begrüßt und waren die ganze Zeit gut für uns erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, das Haus war sehr sauber und alles da, was wir brauchten. Es gab mehrere Plätze zum Essen. Das war sehr gut, mal draußen, mal drinnen, je nach Wetter. Für die Kinder war es ein Paradies. Mit Tischkicker, Tischtennisplatte, kleinem Fußballfeld, Basketballkorb, vielen Fahrzeugen, Spielzeug und dem großen Pool mit Kleinkindbereich und tieferen Becken. Dazu viele Badesachen, Liegestühle und ein Grillplatz. Auf dem Grundstück sind in einem extra Bereich Hühner, eine Ziege, ein Pferd, Wellensittiche und Kaninchen. Die Kinder waren immer wieder dort und fanden es toll. Jeden Morgen durften sie dort auch unsere Eier fürs Frühstück holen. Im Ort Nulvi gibt es einen Coop und ein kleines Geschäft mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Wir haben viel im Ferienhaus gekocht und waren unterwegs auch in Restaurants. Dazu haben wir Ausflüge nach Sassari {ca. 20 Minuten entfernt, dort gibt es auch ein größeres Center mit vielen Geschäften}, Alghero, Castelsardo, Olbia und Bosa gemacht. Die größeren Orte sind immer ca. 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt. Das Haus ist optimal für Familien und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Séjour tres agréable.

Excellent accueil de la part de Rita et son papa Ruggero.De petites attentions gastronomiques nous étaient préparées. La maison est parfaite et encore plus si vous avez des enfants. L'endroit est tranquille, à l'écart de l'agitation touristique mais les environs sont accessibles facilement. Nous recommandons sans hesitation.

Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé 15 jours incroyables dans cette belle maison sarde. Très kids friendly, tout est pensé pour les enfants et particulièrement pour les jeunes enfants. Nos enfants de 4 ans et 20 mois ont passé de merveilleuses vacances grâce a Rita et son père qui ont été d’une extrême gentillesse. Notre fille a eu un petit souci médical et Rita nous a tout de suite aidé et même accompagné chez le médecin et à la pharmacie. Je ne la remercierais jamais assez. Si vous voulez vous reposer, au calme, tout en étant proche des plages et des spots du nord de la Sardaigne, n’hésitez pas. Encore une fois, merci! NB: la piscine privée et la mini ferme sont un paradis pour les enfants.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben wunderschöne und sehr erholsame 11 Tage in Ritas Haus verbracht. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Highlight, sehr sauber, wird jeden Tag gereinigt, viel Zubehör für die Kids, ein wahrhafter Traum! Die Ausstattung im Haus ist genau ausreichend, man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Rita stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Der kleine Zoo war auch super für die Kids, sie haben jeden Tag die Ziege, das Pony und die Hasen gefüttert und wir wurden jeden Tag mit frischen Eiern von den Hühnern belohnt. Nulvi ist ein liebenswerter, kleiner Ort, abseits der überfüllten Touristengegenden. Ein Mietwagen ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Hervorheben möchten wir auch die tolle Pizzeria Carlettas, nicht weit vom Haus entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Rita und möchten uns noch mal tausendfach bedanken für die unglaublich tolle Zeit bei ihr! ESTANCIA IDEAL!!

Hemos estado siete días en la casa de Rita y ha sido lo mejor de nuestras vacaciones en Cerdeña. Todo perfecto: trato familiar, casa cómoda y práctica, TODO lo necessrio de hogar en perfecto estado, piscina excepcional y muy cuidada por el propietario a diario, muy bien adaptado todo para los niños de todas las edades con una sala de juegos fantástica!! Nos obsequiaron con unos productos de Nulvi (queso, vino, pastas y embutido) que nos hicieron descubrir la riqueza gastronómica de la región y sobretodo la hospitalidad de su gente. Incluso disfrutamos de huevos frecos a diario de las gallinas de la casa.... Buenísimos!!! Rita y su padre son encantadores y esperamos poder repetir algun día!! NO OS LO PERDÁIS!!!

Fantastic family holiday

We had a fantastic stay in Nulvi we couldn’t ask more of Rita and her father Ricardo they were fantastic. Very welcoming and very generous with their welcoming pack of local food and wine. We especially loved the fresh eggs from their hens every day. Our children loved collecting them and checking in with the other animals. The villa was ideal for our family and the pool was super fun, really safe for children and cleaned every day. Lovely views from the villa and a short walk into Nulvi very handy for our Pizza nights out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😁

Beautifull house with lots of privacy and great pool

Very nice and helpfull owners, we came late in the evening and Rita and father where there with a warm welcome and lots of local food and drinks! The house is private, with a great pool and animals at the edge of a smal village with a pizzeria and supermarket nearby. Grazie Mille to Rita and her father for a great week!

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. La maison est parfaitement équipée et sécurisée pour des enfants. La piscine est grande, belle et nettoyée tous les matins par le père de Rita. Beaucoup de jeux adaptés pour les enfants. Le potager est un vrai plus avec une autonomie totale en tomates, œufs et courgettes. Rita est très gentilles et disponibles. L’arrivée tard le soir n’a posé aucun problème avec même des cadeaux de bienvenu (fromage, bouteille de vin, gâteaux). Le mari de Rita fait de délicieuses pizzas livrées à la maison. La maison est très propre. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Betruung und Fürsorge der Vermieter

Wir durften 1 Woche Gast in Nulvi sein. Alles ist äußerst sauber. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. In dem Ferienhaus findet man alles was man braucht. Besonders hat uns der erhaltene Charme des Ferienhauses gefallen. Die Betreuung durch Rita und ihren Vater ist einfach super!!! Wir waren sofort angekommen und haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Nicht zu vergessen die täglich frischen Eier der eigenen Hühner. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschön

Falls man vor hat sich zu erholen und die Ruhe zu genießen ist man hier genau richtig. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Es gibt Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und reichlich frische Eier, ebenfalls von den eigenen Hühnern. Vor allem wenn man kindern reist ist es perfekt. Unsere Kinder wollten nicht mehr weg. Es ist sehr sauber gehalten, falls man dann doch was braucht ist die Rita immer erreichbar. Das kleine Örtchen Nulvi ist nicht wirklich weit vom Strand entfernt, gut in 15-20min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Grundsätzlich ist ein Auto zu haben hier ein muss. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein paar kleine Restaurants und Bars. Am anderen ende des Dorfes befindet sich ein Supermarkt in dem wirklich alles bekommt was man braucht. Die Preise in Nulvi sind wirklich sehr günstig im vergleich zu eher Touristischen Orte. Besonders möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft von Rita und ihren Vater hervorheben. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben Gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank an euch beiden. Wir sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder. Liebe Grüße, Daniele

Rita let us in the house in the morning. Fresh vegetables and eggs, the childeren love the animals and the swimmingpool. Rita was very sweet and helped us with everything we asked.

Great house & facilities

The house provided everything you would need and want for a family holiday. The facilities for the children are superb from the swimming pool & slides to archery, table tennis, table football and mini football, it was fantastic! Ideal location in which to travel the north of the island. Rita and her father were great hosts. The pool was cleaned daily and they provided us with lots of lovely homemade and local food/drinks. We even had a pizza waiting on arrival as we were too late to go for dinner! I cannot recommend this house enough. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, thank you.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour : tout était parfait. C'est une maison très agréable, propre et fonctionnelle et un lieu de rêve pour les enfants : belle piscine, terrain de foot, panier de basket, tir à l'arc, babyfoot, ping pong...sans oublier le potager (on pouvait se servir en légumes frais) et les animaux : poules (on cherchait les oeufs frais tous les matins), lapins, perruches, un poney et un petit chaton! C'était vraiment la maison du bonheur! et que dire de l'accueil de Rita et son papa : tout simplement exceptionnel. A notre arrivée, nous avions une grande diversité de boissons fraiches au frigo, du fromage et du saucisson sardes, du pain et du vin de pays! Et durant notre séjour Rita venait régulièrement aux nouvelles, toujours soucieuse de notre satisfaction. Ce sont des personnes adorables et nous les remercions encore pour leur gentillesse. De plus, Nulvi est bien situé pour visiter le nord ouest de la Sardaigne. Bref n'hésitez pas, vous serez ravis de votre séjour dans la maison de Rita.

Super Sardinia Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in July 2019. The villa was exceptionally clean and easy to find. The owner, Rita, was in regular contact with us both before and during our stay to check that everything was ok. Rita and her father were kindly there to meet us upon arrival and show us around. They had bought some food and drink for us, which was extremely kind. Rita's father had even given us some of his homemade wine and eggs from their chickens. Rita and her father were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome at their villa. The villa was very clean, lovely and private with our own private driveway. It was wonderful to have access to the private pool and the games room, archery and football area were a real hit with our children. We also loved visiting the animals they had. My children loved seeing the chickens, rabbits and pony! It really is a super property which I would highly recommend and certainly visit again the future. The villa was close to the village of Nulvi so we could walk in. Approximately 20-30 minutes drive to the beach but we found the roads easy to drive and navigate. There seemed to be little traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! The villa was perfect! Huge thanks to Rita and her family! We hope to visit again soon in the future!

Une villa parfaite dans un village charmant !

La maison est parfaitement équipée, propre, avec une bonne literie. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour débuter le séjour et même plus avec des boissons fraiches et une dégustation de produits locaux pour nous accueillir ! Le jardin est un vrai paradis pour les enfants ! Entre la piscine, le terrain de foot, le baby-foot, ping-pong, etc... et les animaux ! Et ceci sans parler de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Rita et de son père, ses messages pour s'assurer de notre bien-être... La seule chose difficile a été de partir !

Super reposant, magnifique

Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels . Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois à notre arrivée à 22h30 : énorme pizza , fromage local, saucisson, gâteaux, biscuits, boissons, fruits sur la table. Rien ne manquait pour débuter de belles vacances. C'est la première fois que nous avons reçu un tel accueil. Encore mille mercis à Ruggerio et Rita. Great house for families with children

We spent one week in this great house with our two children. The house is a paradise for children offering everything you could possibly need for your stay. With a great pool area, plenty of things to discover such as football and basketball playground, bikes and Bobby cars as well as all the animals also living at the property. The highlight for the children was to go to the chickens and look for eggs in the morning. Rita and her father are lovely hosts making sure that you have an unforgettable stay. They stay at your disposal for any kind of questions or requests. Thank you so much for everything!! We
