Italy-province of Livorno-island of Elba, much more than an island, sea and mountain combined, a sea among the bluest and cleanest in the Mediterranean, accompanied by a Mediterranean forest that makes the climate pleasant in every season, in Marciana Marina is our villa Alessia of 220 m2, newly built (2013) nestled in the heart of the park of the Tuscan archipelago, with woodland property of 40. 000 m2 ideal for those who want to spend their holidays by the sea in a quiet place of full relaxation, with 800 m2 lawn garden, 70 m3 pool, outdoor heated whirlpool tub, terraces and solarium of 350 m2 with a breathtaking sea view, outdoor shower, large barbecue area with well equipped outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea view both at matino that in the evening .The spacious house is very bright and ideal for a large family but also for two or three couples of friends or even for two families, is 1 km from the center of Marciana Marina and its along the sea and on the beach the blue flag of Marciana Marina which, thanks to its geographical position, allows sun and tans all through September and October.

Fantastiskt hus, Fantastisk Utsikt

Vackert belägen ovanför den mysiga hamnstaden Marcina Marina. Vi hade dock varken moped eller bil vilket gjorde att det blev en lång promenad ner till stan och taxi upp för berget. Huset har allt man behöver och man vill knappt lämna det. Fördel att prata Italienska då nästan inga kan Engelska, dock funkar kroppsspråk rätt bra!

Siamo una famiglia Svizzera e abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Alessia per una settimana a luglio 2016. L'esperienza è stata totalmente eccezionale! Tutto: dalla professionalità e gentilezza dei proprietari alla meravigliosa vacanza a 5 stelle! Le fotografie, benché molto belle e del tutto veritiere, non riescono a trasmettere totalmente la bellezza del luogo, la vista meravigliosa, la qualità dei materiali e delle finiture della casa, la totale privacy immersa nel verde...a soli 5 minuti dal mare. La proprietà è davvero unica e di altissimo standing. La piscina e la vista sono davvero delle chicche uniche. La casa, l'arredamento (dalle camere da letto ai bagni, dalla cucina al salotto) è elegante ed allo stesso tempo molto sobrio e chic. Wi-Fi funzionale al massimo (avevamo 10 iPhone e iPad collegati sempre senza nessun minimo problema di connessione veloce) e per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta, i proprietari si sono sempre mostrati disponibili ed attenti alle nostre esigenze. Io viaggio molto con la mia famiglia e devo dire che questa proprietà è di altissimo livello e che sicuramente ci torneremo l'estate prossima. Un grazie particolare alla Signora Ika: grazie di tutto!!! Consiglio Villa Alessia senza esitazione a persone e famiglie che cercano il meglio per le loro vacanze. Ciao a tutti, John
