I have found the higher up you go no matter what is going to be chilly because of that atmosphere but view is spectacular

Dirty and terrible time checking in.

Unit had not been cleaned when we checked in. Manager said check in was 4:00 PM but they had until 6:00 PM to clean which doesn’t make sense. If they need until 6:00 make that check in time. Management did get unit cleaned quickly once I called them. Additionally there are only 2 elevators per side and 21 floors with everyone checking in at the same time so getting all of your stuff to the room is a nightmare. One elevator broke while we were there which made that worse. Pools are nice and very close to beach which kids loved. I doubt we will be back there.

Wonderful stay

This was the first condo I had used. It was exactly what the site says! Very homey and beautiful views. Set up nice, very spacious and would definitely come back.

We were charge a VRBO a fee that was not disclosed when we booked. Couldn’t get in door with code.

Elevators were not working off and on. No coffee maker in our unit. If your going to charge a fee in should be in the quote…

Winter getaway

The check-in process was easy and the property staff was professional and efficient. The unit was very clean and well supplied. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. This is a nice unit which shows a little wear and tear but the cleanliness and view are great.

Needs updating

Unit needs updating, several thing were broken. Sand was in the floor upon checkin and the vacuum was broken so we wore shoes inside the unit.. was pretty dirty ..

Fall break

Everything was great and we enjoyed it, however, several outlets in the condo did not work, and the toaster and master bedroom dvd player also did not work. Another family also kept using our beach chairs and we would have to wait for them to move all of their stuff before we could unload ours.
