Nice Property and Complex

Prime location with the ability to get up and go to Dewey or Rehoboth. Property it self is nice but could be nicer. For the Price and location I would stay again.

Great home & layout

We enjoyed staying at this property. The layout was great for our family, and we were a quick drive to the beach. The listing says that linen isn’t included, but that means bedding and towels (was thrown off that towels weren’t included). Also the door code seems to be a standard code which didn’t feel completely safe but we didn’t have any issues.

Rehoboth get away

Nice condo community. Not close to beach or boardwalk. Must drive everywhere. Beautiful screened in porch. Need better quality mattresses (hard as a slab of cement). Need to include instructions on how to use various, multiple remotes as well as a list available channels for streaming services (guessing & checking was a waste of time).

Enjoyable Stay!

Beautiful view of the pond from the screened-in balcony. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Plates were all ceramic/glass so if you have young children you may want to bring some of your own. Plenty of wine glasses and cooking utensils. Housekeeping does an excellent job of ensuring everything is very clean. Beds were comfortable. If you rent sheets, be sure to bring extra pillowcases as extra pillows are in each bedroom. Games and puzzles were available to use. DVDs as well. The community pool we used was great fun for our little one and very convenient to walk to. This is a 3rd floor unit which we loved! The year-round owner who lives below cautioned us that she could hear "running" feet and was very polite about asking us to be aware of this. Plenty of parking available! Easy driving access to the beach.

We had a great time. The property was very comfortable. We enjoyed spending mornings on the screened in porch. It was so relaxing to listen to the fountain. The location was convenient to everything.
