Bill's Place

This place was very clean and in very good condition. Checking in was easy and simple. The owner was there and greeted us in a warm and welcoming manner. He showed us around the location and shared all kinds of useful information. The house had clean linens and bath towels supplied. The kitchen was well appointed, had modern appliances and was spotless clean. The location is wonderful, on a quiet dead-end street with little traffic but close to the downtown area and beach with access to downtown via a service road that avoids the busy traffic on Rt. 1. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay for a small group and we will probably return!

Warm welcome and beautiful property

Bill was so incredibly kind and welcoming. Property has so much space inside and out for a family and guest to spread out. Has all necessities and everything is clean and ready for your arrival. Bill even took the time to call me a few days before our arrival to give important details. Property is perfect for small children due to lack of steps in the home and the fenced in backyard. Also, the house is at the end of a quiet street. So relaxing to come back to a private space with patio table and backyard, grill, etc. after a day at the beach. Highly recommend.

Great Beach House

My husband and I spent a week in Bill's house and had an absolutely great time there. The location is ideal, in a quiet and green residential neighborhood by the canal, yet very close to the town center and the beaches. The backyard is lovely and we had most of our meals there. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. We were provided two bikes which we rode on a daily basis to discover Rehoboth Beach. Bill is a brilliant host. He lives next door and is super responsive and helpful. We left behind our lunchbox upon checking out and he jumped in his car to bring it to us at the Lewes Ferry. Thanks Bill for this wonderful week in Rehoboth Beach!

An amazing Place!

This place was amazing! The location was the best! Just mins away from everything. The backyard was Paradise and an amazing place for kids to be safe and running around and play. The inside was super clean and had everything you need. We couldn’t ask for anything to make it better. The host was amazing and one of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet. This place was a 10/10 and i highly recommend it. We will be back.

Great Host / Great House / Great Location

Very nice cottage with 3 bedrooms and a really decent bathroom. The location is good, close to everything yet a little removed from the hustle-bustle. The host Bill is a great guy, good communication when you have a question and keeps the property in great shape. When searching for a place to rent this is one that belongs on your short list!

Charming Spacious Spot!

We loved Bill’s place. The super private backyard is an oasis, yet only an easy mile into Rehobeth or Dewey. Super clean with every ammenity you need! And Bill was super responsive (when i struggled to find the key, which was just where he said it was). Will definitely return!

We’ll be back!

Great location for us. Short ride to the beach (bikes or cars). We also walked but it’s a bit much if you’re carrying things to the beach. Bill is very friendly. The house is immaculate and is fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Nice variety of places to eat and drink close by.

Absolutely wonderful cottage

This place was truly home away from home. Everything was on point. Bill is a wonderful host. He works very hard at making this place an oasis of relaxation. He takes pride in this property. Excellent Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill's rental home in Rehoboth Beach, DE for a week at the end of July 2022. House is very clean and beautiful! It has everything you could need. It is very easy to get to downtown Rehoboth from the house too. We'd stay here again! Thank you, Bill!

My husband and I had an excellent stay here. The property was very nice and clean with a beautiful back yard. It was so convenient to be able to avoid Route 1 when going to the beach. Bill is so kind and friendly! He also responds very quickly and will help you with anything you need. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Can’t wait to return

What a lovely property! I stayed here with my teen-adult children. Bill could not have been nicer. The cottage is well stocked with everything you will need. Bill has thought of literally everything! We rented bikes for the week and never had to drive. The yard is serene and beautifully landscaped—great for relaxing with a good book. I hope to return again soon.

Summer vacation

Cute cottage -great location to get in and out of Rehoboth Boardwalk. Cottage was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Bill is a delight- we loved having a chance to talk with him.

Great place to work Remote/vaca

My husband and I worked here remotely for two weeks. The it was a perfect location. The internet was fantastic. It is located an quiet street and we were able to bike to the beach. The home was very well equipped with everything you need and a great outdoor space. Bill is a wonderful host!!

July Family vacation

Hidden gem!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from the beach. The house was quiet, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had a wonderful outdoor shower! The location was very convenient - you're close to the beach and the shopping outlets. Bill is responsive, friendly and accommodating. His house is right next to the house we stayed in so he was available to help us with whatever we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

We had an excellent time here Bill was a friendly and very accommodating host Nice quiet backyard perfect for lunches and dinner cottage was very clean comfortable and had just about everything you could possibly need outlets are l about a mile away and the beach is a short bike ride away we will definitely be back

Relaxing and Quiet Get Away

Very clean, quiet get away. Located at the end of a quiet street. Close to downtown Rehoboth. Recommend getting a weekly parking pass. Bill was great. Loved the backyard!

Great condo for small family

We loved our stay. Bill is great and the location is off the overly populated other roads. Did not realize beach was such a far walk. Plan to buy a parking permit and drive to the beach. Location of house was the best and the decor and cleanliness and backyard patio were absoutley perfect for our family.

Cute house, well decorated, updated bathroom, close to beaches and town.

This was our first visit to Rehoboth Beach and we were so impressed with the house, the price, and the close proximity to beaches and town. Bill's house is cute, well decorated, has comfortable beds and has a great fenced in back yard and patio. The house is private on a dead end street and is about a mile to the beach and town. Towels and linens are included. There's an outside shower. Bill was so nice and gave us advice on the surrounding area. We will be back but when the weather is cooler.
