Este condominio muy bien cuidado ofrece una cocina abierta, comedor y una gran combinación de habitaciones. Un porche protegido de la gran sala es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana mientras se ve el estanque comunitario y la pintoresca fuente. La suite principal está justo al lado de la gran sala y cuenta con su propia terraza. Las otras dos habitaciones están separadas de la suite principal y comparten un baño.

Great Spot!

This property is an excellent place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Rehoboth, just a short car ride to boardwalk. It's a very quiet neighborhood but close to nice restaurants. The house was extremely clean and accommodating to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again.

The Name Says It All!

This condo was truly “our beach home away from home” for our vacation! It was the perfect size for our family of 7 and had everything we needed during our stay. The community was beautiful, quiet, and in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Family Fun July 24

Thank you James for opening your condo for our family of four to share. It was very clean and spacious. We loved spending time on the screened in patio and taking a dip in the pool. Then location was perfect for us since we like the Main Beach at Cape Henlopen and the night life at Rehoboth. Thanks James for making the booking easy and for all the general info which was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Rehoboth Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of four adults. The location is about a 5 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and right off of Route 1 so there’s easy access to restaurants, stores, gas and the outlets. The condo is spacious but cozy and there are 2 outside porches to relax on. We spent every morning on the porch off of the family room. The area is peaceful and quiet with pretty landscaping. There’s ample parking if you take more than one car. The community pool in the development is a nice size with plenty of seating. James, the host, was very responsive whenever I contacted him. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Great location- near beach but off the beaten path

This condo is nicely located near the beach (5-6 min drive). The owner left a resident parking pass which saved on parking costs, as Rehoboth parking meters are currently $3 per hour. The condo is pretty much exactly as pictured. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked (i.e.- pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, mugs, salt/pepper, spices, etc.). Perhaps the only minor criticism would be the appliances are a bit dated with some minor repairs visible...but appliances were certainly not why we chose this stay. Having a washer/dryer available in the unit is a nice plus, as was the screened-in porch. The rates were very reasonable given the proximity to the beach and nearby shopping areas, and we would certainly choose to stay at this location again. Thanks for your hospitality!

I booked after seeing beautiful pictures and great reviews last summer, but arrived to find a very poorly maintained unit. Master shower stall was full of mold and mildew and the 2nd bathroom had thick dirt and grim coating the tub. I pulled back the sheets and there were several pieces of hair. I then pulled off the fitted sheets in hopes of washing them and was appalled at the brown and yellow stains, hair and dirt on the mattress protector. The pillow were also covered in stains. All is the deck cushions were either torn, mildewed or stained. Stains on the couch, lampshades, cushions, . The whole condo seemed as if it hadn’t been dusted or thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. My kids feet were gray from the dirty floors. When I brought this to the attention of the apartment manager he just apologized for the inconvenience and made no error to remedy the situation or even partially compensate us for the cleaning fee despite my request. We have stayed at several other rentals in the area in the past and have never had an experience like this. We got in late and went to dinner and planned on taking showers and putting our 3 kids right to bed. Instead we had to purchase cleaning products and stayed up until 12 am cleaning mold and dirt from the showers and floors and washing the bed linen. The dryer didn’t work well and took 1.5 hrs to dry 1 load. And let’s not forget how many times we had to dump pots of water to keep a leak from flooding the kitchen. Never again.

Property as described, convenient, clean, easy access

This property was a great size, clean and ready to vacation. We had everything we needed and easy access to stores, restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Many within walking distance and others just a short easy ride!!

Excellent stay!

Five of us stayed here for a friends wedding ! It was perfect ! Very clean, accessible to everything and James was very easy to communicate with about check in and any questions I had. I highly recommend this place !

Great owner, property needs updating

The owner could not have been nicer by providing most of the necessities in the house and promptly communicating with us. Location was great as was access to the community pool. However, the floors could have been cleaner and the beds were, frankly, uncomfortable. The bathrooms are builder grade and dated, and could use a remodel. The location was good with both the beach and restaurants nearby, but getting in and out is a little challenging because of access to the main road.

Pleasant and comfortable get awa.

James was very attentive and way to communicate with. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything you needed in the kitchen. Nice patios off the living room and master bedroom. Easy to access route 1 and the beach area.

Great stay

While everything excellent overall, I do have two minor complaints. 1. When arrived the temperature inside the condo was 77 degrees. It took until the next morning for the temperature to come down comfortable setting with the high heat & humidity level outside. 2. Prior to our departure the thermostat was turned up to 75 degrees which we did not adjust it to. This was done via the nest app at 10:00 am. Our check out time was 11 am. The unit was clean & beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay. Anne C.
