Lovely quite area and Only a short stroll to both the sea and restaurants in Mil Palmeras. Great south facing property with the front of property a lovely little sun trap complete with dining table and loungers. The Grounds to apartments are well maintained and gated and secure. The apartment is clean and modern and well furnished. Beautiful well stocked modern kitchen with everything you require in terms of utensils, coffee machine etc. The Double bedroom is great, especially with blackout shutters and lovely comfy mattress and pillows which guarantees a quality nites sleep. Both bathrooms clean and modern with abundance of hot water for showers from electric boiler.A Fantastic apartment with great , location , close to amenities.

Nice apartment

We stayed end of November. Weather was great, Nice apartment with all day sun. Kitchen supplies are limited. One cooking pot didn't function on electric stove, only a big one left. That was the only point to improve, rest was perfect.

So good we have booked for next year!

This is our second booking at this property and have booked again for next year. The apartment is excellent, the location is great with supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. The sunny patio is a lovely setting with views of the pool. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with everything we need. There are bikes available to use and the area has lots of cycle lanes to use safely. We are returning next December, its just a shame that its not available in the January as we would stay there for 2 months. and the area is

Fabulous.

We stayed here for 4 weeks in December and it was fabulous. The communication with Julien and Lolli was good. The apartment itself is really beautiful, just like the photos. The decoration and furnishings were a very high quality and we had no problems with anything. The apartment is south facing so we had sun on the lovely patio every day. The location couldn't be better, there are a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk and 2 supermarkets nearby too. There are bikes in the apartment, which are in very good condition, we cycled out a few times up to Horadada and to the Mar Menor. We loved staying here and will certainly book to stay here again.

home from home

Communication with Julien was great any query's ware replied to promptly and he arranged a transfer for us.Nancy picked us up at the airport and contacted Loli for us and waited with us until they arrived with the keys.Loli showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment was as described. The location was fantastic as we ware beside the pool which was never very busy also the area was quite and a 10-15 minutes stroll brought you down to the small centre with enough restaurants to keep you happy and a well stocked supermarket you can walk to Pueblo Latino and the next town with more restaurants.Having the use of the bikes was a great way to see the place and cycling very safe.If you could sort out the mattress cover I think the cover was small and very noisy when moving around the bed and the material can make you sweat. This was one of the best Vrbo places if have stayed and would have no hesitation in staying there again and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for great place to stay .

We had an excellent stay at this property. Check in and out process was very smooth.Host/manager was very helpful.Everything was as described.AC worked very well. Everything very clean. All appliances and utensils we used were in full working order.Beds looked as if they had brand new mattresses on them. The two pools were great and cleaned regularly. Location excellent for us as a family. Beach and restaurants within short walking distance.Short drive to shopping malls and other scenic areas (we had a rental car). We have no hesitation recommending this property and would happily stay there again.
