Yes, the host was available on line and always quick to respond.However the bedding ( quilts, quilt covers and bedsheets) were mostly wrong sizes, very poor quality and need to be replaced.

Excellent apartment, ideally located.

Very enjoyable break in well equipped and ideally located apartment. Found great difficulty in accessing owner, the system is flawed. Also, we had problem with the electricity supply. It kept closing down unexpectedly. We reported the problem but electrician arrived to investigate the problem as we were leaving the property on the final day of our holiday, disappointing. However, we enjoyed our break and would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. The means of communication between holiday makers and the management need a serious overhaul.

I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay in my accommodation. It took a while to solve the power failure issue. A new water bulger is now installed and the circuit is stable.

Muy cómodo y cerca de la playa.

Apartamento muy cerca de la playa con una terraza maravillosa donde se puede desayunar, comer y cenar. La urbanización es preciosa. La zona es muy tranquila y a unos minutos de zona de ocio y tiendas de la Torre. Buen aparcamiento. Lo que mas nos ha gustado han sido los grandes paseos por la orilla de la playa hasta las calas de Campoamor y las veladas en la terraza.

Todo genial , la chica nos dio las llaves justo el apartamento,todo limpio y fresquito lo que fue ideal , la playa 2min a pie ,hay de todo lo necesario en la cocina y para las camas y toallas lo que se agradece mucho.Esperamos poder repetir.

Buena ubicación y apartamento tranquilo

El alojamiento es muy cómodo y tranquilo, esta todo perfecto , falta unas hamacas de playa y quizás una pequeña barbacoa eléctrica en terraza , la casa tiene de todo para disfrutar , la persona y el propietario muy buena atención , la ubicación es muy buena la playa muy bonita y perfecta para el baño , en los baños se sale el agua de la ducha no desagua bien , una estancia muy agradable volveremos

Gracias por tu reseña y opinión honesta. Los desagües se limpian periódicamente. También depende de si los huéspedes traen mucha arena de la playa y así obstruyen los desagües.

Der Aufenthalt im Ort war sehr schön tolle Strände und Wasser. Bei der Unterkunft hatten wir leider einige Probleme. Viele Geräte in der Küche waren kaputt so sehr sauber war es auch nicht. Die Wohnung hatte eine schöne Aufteilung und der Balkon war super.

Apartamento cómodo y tranquilo

Hemos estado de nuevo en el apartamento de Alexander, en esta ocasión 15 días. De nuevo hemos disfrutado de la estancia, y de lo cómodo y agradable que es el apartamento. Alexander ha introducido algunas mejoras, como el toldo que permite disfrutar de la terraza incluso con mucho calor. La zona sigue siendo muy tranquila, con área de juegos infantil justo enfrente del apartamento. Es un gusto llegar a la playa de las Mil Palmeras en 2 minutos y del chiringuito que hay en ella, que abre todo el año. En las Mil Palmeras hay una zona de bares y restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado para pequeñas compras. La comunicación con el propietario es muy ágil y también con la persona que entrega las llaves, haciendo el check-in y check-out muy sencillos. Esperamos volver otra vez :).

A quiet place

Nice apartment with great balcony. Contact with the owner and his aid who lived nearby was very good and friendly. The neighborhood was really quiet (in September). For small kids there is not so much to do except for the beach, the pool and the small nearby playgrounds.

Un apartamento muy cómodo y funcional. Cerca de la playa. Es una zona tranquila ideal para pasar unos dias de playa y relax. La atención al llegar y al dejar el apartamento fue excelente. Gracias por la atención.

Apartamento estupendo, totalmente recomendable

Apartamento precioso, comodo y muy cerca de la playa con una terraza grande y comodo. Tanto la persona que nos atendio Krisitine como el dueño Alex encantadores y atentos a todo. El unico fallo fue la limpieza, las camas sin hacer y las sabanas sin planchar, almohadas sudorosas tuvimos que lavar todo antes de acostarnos, solo necesitan mejorar este apartado y seria excelente!!!.

Mooi appartement met zeer ruim terras altijd zon en schaduw. Jammer dat er geen parkeerplek in de parkeergarage wordt aangeboden. bedden zijn echter niet goed, te hard sliepen er niet goed op.

Bonito, cuidado y bien situado

Acabamos de disfrutar de 8 días en el apartamento de Alexander. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotografías, muy cómodo y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Está situado a dos minutos de la playa de la Mil Palmeras y de un chiringuito, a 5 de una zona de bares y restaurantes en las Mil Palmeras y a 15 de la plaza de la Torre de la Horadada. Está en una zona muy tranquila. La comunicación con el propietario y con la persona que te proporciona las llaves ha sido fácil y fluida en todo momento, esperamos volver :)
