Exceptional 180 ° view of the sea and the cliff sides of the Durdent valley from the terrace. Halfway between Etretat and Dieppe in a private seafront residence 50m from the beach, nestled on the Falaisette. 32m2 apartment + large terrace for 1 to 3 people, ideal for WE or a week stay.
HOUSING :
Close to restaurants, bar, grocery store, bakery, fish shop (depending on fishing days), the casino and the tourist office. Enjoy the unique location in the center of the village and the charm of this seaside resort, whatever the season.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the residence, private parking at the foot of the building.

Located in the heart of the Pays de Caux and the Côte d'Albâtre in the Seine Maritime department. At 23 meters above sea level, the La Durdent River is the main river that crosses the town.
Nicknamed the Pearl of the Pays de Caux, Veulettes-sur-Mer is known for its place in an arc, the longest in the whole department. Very popular between the beginning of the 20th century and the end of the Second World War, the village of Veulettes-sur-Mer has preserved an important architectural heritage from this time, through very beautiful villas.

Une vue superbe

Très belle maison ancienne. Travaux de rénovation en cours dans partie commune mais pas d’impact sur le calme et la propreté de l’appartement. Celui-ci est simple et fonctionnel. On a eu des problèmes avec le futon mais le lit de la chambre est très confortable. Belle vue sur la campagne de la chambre. Une grande terrasse face mer offre une vue splendide. On peut y déjeuner à deux et assister à de très beaux coucher de soleil. Le propriétaire est agréable et réactif aux problèmes. La maison est proche des restaurants. Veulettes est une station familiale, plage de galets , ballade à pied ou en vélo. Super patrimoine. A voir le manoir du Catel du 13eme siècle . Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour!
