Vilano101は、ビーチや歴史的なセントオーガスティンに簡単にアクセスできる絶好のロケーションです。 新しく内装されたもの（すべて新しいもの）と、海から通りを隔てた0.42エーカーの巨大な庭で更新されました。 この3階建ての家には地上階への個別の入り口があり、複数の家族が家を共有するのに理想的です。 地上階は1ベッド、1バス、簡易キッチン（冷蔵庫、洗面台、電子レンジ）付きのリビングルームで、リビングスペースには65インチテレビがあります。 1階のベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、リビングルームにはクイーンプルアウトソファがあります。
2階では、大きなキッチンにキッチン用品が完全に揃っており、食べ物が滞在の思い出に残るものであることを確認したり、近くの500軒以上のレストランの1つで注文したり外出したりできます。 バーは4席。
キッチンのすぐそばのダイニングルームには6人掛けの座席が用意されています。 これは、2階のデッキに4つの椅子がある追加のテーブルです。

The house fits our family perfectly. We can spread out or be together. Across the street from the beach, plus having our own pool. Great place for adults and kids. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! When we reported things they were taken care of effectively and quickly. The location is awesome. The house was awesome. We only recommend replacing the sliders they make lots of noise .

Perfect for a Multigenerational Family VacationThis home was a wonderful choice for our vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Its spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room and privacy, making the week especially comfortable.The large primary bedroom was lovely, and the private poolside suite was perfect for one of our families. It included an en-suite bathroom, a sofa bed, and a pull-out ottoman bed for the children. They especially enjoyed having their own mini refrigerator, coffee bar, and space to play cards and video games. Another guest room offered direct access to the deck, while an additional guest room had its own private bathroom. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable.Our entire family enjoyed the large pool, and the beach was just a short, easy walk away—one house down and across the street. The provided beach wagon made transporting everything much easier, and the home had plenty of pool toys and beach towels.The kitchen was well stocked, so we cooked at home most evenings. Reliable Wi-Fi and a private dining area gave our daughter a quiet, comfortable place to work during the trip.Check-in was a snap, and the property manager was accessible, pleasant, and helpful. The thoughtful layout allowed us to spend plenty of time together while still giving everyone room to relax and unwind.Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the queen beds to kings—but we admit we’re spoiled by our large beds at home!

Nice property close to the beach. The pool was wonderful. This property is close to all the attractions of St. Augustin. The property manger was on top of things. We would rent it again if we are in the area.

Beach vacation

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our group of 10! We loved the area, just across the street from the beach and a quick drive into St.Augustine! We enjoyed longing and playing in the pool after beach days! Most definitely would stay here again!

Annual sibs week for us old people. Beach walks and pool were the high points. Other pluses were Caps for dinner, old town tour, and the open living area. Traffic noise a little irritating and a fussy lower level AC.

We rented this house for a week in January as a belated Christmas celebration for my husband and I and our 3 adult children and their spouses. Having 4 bedrooms was important to give us all our own space and the large living room was excellent for all of us to watch a movie together. There was plenty of seating to eat a meal at the bar so we turned the dining room table (alcove) into a game/puzzle room which was perfect for my nerdy family ). We all took turns cooking and the kitchen had everything to meet our needs. The weather turned cold while we were there - which meant we had the beach to our selves for long lazy walks looking for shells and photographing the many sea birds. Tamara, the property manager, answered all my questions quickly and was a joy to work with. It was one of the best vacations for all of us and we're thinking it should become a yearly tradition!

Vilano Beach House

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Palms beach house! The close proximity to the beach, just across the street (4 minute walk) was great and then hang by the pool in the afternoon, made our days fun and relaxing!

Family Vacation

The property was clean, well stocked and great location. The beach is across the street. The pool was clean and the water was warm. Would definitely recommend this place to a group.
